People need to join the first world, I've permanently got chrome open.
Instead of changing the url of my currently open tab, I just open a new one. That way, you can easily keep track of where you've been and quickly re-access it.
I think I'm up to 1200 Tabs and counting.

Win 7 + Firefox user here, with 24GB of RAM
Never had this problem with Witcher 3, but the memory usage while having FF open (3 tabs) and playing DOOM at the same time was over 9GB. For GTA V it was over 8,3 and for Mafia 3 (aka waste of money) it was hovering between 7,9 and 8,1. And i've also heard BF1 is pretty RAM hungry as well.
For some games, 8GB really is not enough

i threw away chrome after it wasnt able to save my tabs multiple times and went for firefox, it doesnt load the tabs untill you click on em so you can have hundreds and wont fuck you over
