What should I buy from Japan Sup Forums?

So my friend is in Japan right now and is able to buy some stuff for me from local shops and what not in Japan. Ya know, stuff that's hard to find in Canada/USA.

The only thing that comes to mind is a Japanese-branded ball mouse but then again, I don't use ball mice so it's probably going to be useless for me.

onaholes from love merci

censored porn

child prostitues

loli doujin

Classic notebook from panasonic.

theres nothing tech wise you can get in japan except pc98 and the like. japan isnt even high tech for the most part

ur mum

What did he mean by this?

They have the best, thinnest condoms ever.

Best you can get is some vintage computer and not much else because they're not technologically advanced. At least that's my take on it.

Stax stuff.

Way too fucking small though. An absolute nightmare to get on and they leave a bruise.

>ball mouse

The elecom ones? They are shit.

Our uni has these. Absolutely shit keyboards.

i agree eith you on everything. maybe the only thing you should get is a toilet seat because i dont think theyre very common elsewhere. voltage will be an issue though

Stationery. Buy all the fucking stationery. High quality mechanical/drafting pencils, fountain pens, copic markers, etc. are so damn plentiful and cheap there.

Get the ones with the picture of the horse on them.

You don't need to pay for that my man

Get some of these. As many as he can fit into his luggage.

Bring back their KitKat technology.

Get a bunch of topre keyboards then sell them for a $50 profit

>What did he mean by this?

Ever since the 90's recession Japan never really took the top back when it comes to tech. They still use fax machines everywhere (admittedly, writing out moonrunes can in many cases be faster than typing it out on a computer).

Is C91 over? Go buy as many doujins as possible and upload them for the benefit of all.

Flip phones

Computer is faster for moon runes. Many Japanese have forgotten how to handwrite many of them.

An the fax machine usage is more of a side effect of the heavy japanese beauracracy. It is definately overblown too, no one uses it as much as the west seems to thini. I have lived in Japan the last five years and have not used a fax machine once.

no its not, using a Japanese keyboard you type way faster but its annoying at times. even a romaji keyboard is at least equal

this, topre, and rare panasonic hardware

Why don't you digitally sign documents though?
If the bureaucracy needs papers signed, they can send you them in PDF and you can sign them using your cryptographic key.

This way of doing things is well established, secure and easy to use.

You can get a modern flip phone

>The only thing that comes to mind is a Japanese-branded ball mouse
why on earth would you buy obsolete technology? It's like buying an iron you are supposed to heat in the fire.

Less functional and likely more expensive.

Everything official is done with a custom made seal that you register with the local government.

Anything requiring it is important enough that originals are required. For anything else simple e-mail works.

Fax machines

Japan imports their PC-parts like pretty much everyone else on this planet.

A Palm Pilot

Onaholes and sex toys.

America hates sex toys.

Ask for strange flavors of candy they don't carry in the US?

Fuck if I know I don't think Japan has much cool shit outside of novelty stuff.

Because 90% of te bureaucracy in Japan is made up of +60yo men who do not want to adapt to new times and the japanese culture helps them with that crap about tradition and honor.

Topre keyboard.

And maybe music instrument related stuff from Korg/Roland/Yamaha.

kigurumi

...

Buy a mechanical keyboard or a VAIO S11 (netbook with an i7).

What ball mouse are you talking about?

JDM Seikos

>You can get a modern flip phone

But will it work in North America?

Olen?

you should buy a knife then kill yourself with it

Sony DPTS1.

Shit from comiket

Can't take knives on a plane.

Jap router and broadcast on channel 14

an overpriced ATI 4550 HD

if it's GSM, unlocked and has the correct band (pro tip, most likely). It will work with any GSM carrier worldwide

Abee or Windy cases are almost impossible to find outside of Japan
