If you would like to try out Linux you can do one of the following: 0) Install a Linux distribution of your choice in a Virtual Machine. 1) Use a live image and to boot directly into the Linux distribution without installing anything. 2) Dual boot the Linux distribution of your choice along with Windows or Mac. 3) Go balls deep and replace everything with Linux.

I installed Sabayon. seems allright so far. I had just forgotten how much tweaking I'd done with KDE adn some software I have it's going to take a good few hours to get it setup how I want.

It's basically just graphical gentoo with a binary package manager, but you can still go full gentoo if you want. Suits me fine because I can try out gentoo and if I'm too retarded to do things the gentoo way I can still easily get it working otherwise.
