I was looking for a good 7" tablet and I asked for recommendations here and got none.
I ended up buying the Doogee Y6 Max and I am very happy with it.
It's not a "tablet", it's supposedly a phone but at 6.5" it's essentially a tablet. It's basically the perfect size for a tablet and the device itself is much smaller than the cheap 7" tablet's I've had, those have had HUGE bezels and junk screens.
The cameras on it is surprisingly good and I was actually amazed how good they are when I tested them.
It's got one mono speaker at the bottom which sounds very good and it's rather loud too. It would be better with one speaker at each end but you can't have it all.
I paid $120 for mine and I got great value for my money.
I actually use this more than my 10" tablet, the 10" is fine for putting on a stand next to the bathtub or something when I want to watch things but I prefer to use the 6.5" when I'm lying in bed for sitting on the couch and things like that.
It's worth considering if you want a 7"-ish tablet and not a 10" or something like that. It's also a bit too big for my taste as a daily driver phone. I guess I could use it as one but that's not why I bought it and I don't really feel like dragging something that big with me unless it's in a bag or a backpack or something.

For comparison, - Chuwi Vi7 which is a slow complete piece of junk with 2 hours of SOT, junk screen and utterly slow Intel Atom CPU, - The Doogee Y6 Max and - Huawei y360. At 4.0" the Huawei y360 is a great MP3 player when taking a walk in the woods and things like that.

Clearly ORICO 2139U3 gearbest.com/hdd-ssd/pp_592360.html if the description is accurate. Not entirely convinced it is, though. This one has the Jmicron JMS578 controller which is the newest of the three.
The Blueendless BS - MR23K has a ASM1051 controller chip which is a chip from 2010.
Blueendless BS - MR23L has the Jmicron JMS567 which is probably better than the ASM1051 but not as new as the JMS578.
The ORICO 2139U3 with the better controller chip is transparent so I guess you have to decide if you like that look or not. How it looks may matter more to you than performance, if you're going to use it for a mechanical drive then it probably don't matter but I'd pick this one if you'll use it for a SSD.
