Get get some low bitrate mp3s. Your earbuds aren't good enough to do justice to high quality audio anyways.

these aren't good enough?!?

192 or 256kbps mp3 is fine
you literally cannot hear a difference because the internal amp in phones are terrible

192 opus

ok, how should i do it on win?
i want to do all togheter possibly without losing tags , folder structure and album arts maybe

Dbpoweramp

AAC or Opus. Everything else is obsolete at this point.
~130kbps should be enough for either of those. But get a decent encoder. Go to Hydrogenaudio and read stuff.

128kbps mp3 with a modern encoder liKe LAME is literally indistinguishable from FLAC or uncompressed audio. Audiophools will kid themselves they can hear a difference but they have lost every blind ABX test ever organised.

Don't fall for the meme.

WROOONG!!!

This user gets it. Though I'd say 169 or 192.

>128kbps mp3 with a modern encoder liKe LAME is literally indistinguishable from FLAC

Wrong.
And stop recommending mp3, there are several lossy codecs that beat it easily.

Show proof

If anyone need it...

>there are several lossy codecs that beat it easily.

such as?

AAC, Opus and Vorbis, off top of my head.

export the FLAC files as MP3 VBR V0

...

heres your (you)

256 aac

your android device won't output anything over 320kbps/16bit. that's how android works with DACs.

>and i need to
You need to?
Did your doctor tell you that?
just get a selection of what do you like the most and carry it with you.Or get a bigger card.
>muh flac

What are you on about user?
Do you mean 48 kHz 16 bit?
How is that relevant to the discussion?

If you care about compatibility with everything ever:
LAME -V2

If you care about efficiency and reliability with compatibility with android:
Vorbis -q5
AAC -m5

If you care about efficiency with a teensy risk of artifacts (that you would not likely notice) and don't mind reduced compatibility:

opus -v 128

I really wish I could say Opus is the best. It is better than standard FAAC encoder, but FDKAAC is some next level wizardry type shit. Encodes incoming.

Bad idea, Opus only support one sample rate.

You want -q 6 ogg vorbis on a phone.

>ok listen here
don't tell me what to do.
