What the hell is that abomination?

40% seems pointless to me
reducing horizontal space makes sense, reducing vertical space does not

keypuller back online when

2 weeks

That's a fagboard, not a keyboard.

Buckling springs ftw

(((OP))) WTF? 40% KBs have less room than my pixel keyboard. 60% is the smallest one can go without compromising functionality and efficiency

Though i do like my beamspring

They got popular in the end of last year

this is their year

Fuck

I just bought a pok3r the day the core came out.

Are you now saying my pok3r is obsolete?

Depends, what switch did you get?

Clears. (((Browns))) were too light for me, and I don't want to piss off my whole house during the middle of the night to buy greens or whites.

seeing as clears are the objective best switch ever, you're fine for atleast 70 years.

I want a TKL with Cherry MX Blacks.

KUL ES-87
or
Leopold FC750R
or
Filco Majestouch 2

We can go smaller than 40% much more stylishly.

Introducing the RAMA M36-A

Why should I ever buy another keyboard now that I own a model M?

Because the Model F exists

because you don't want to be stuck with membrane trash

I got my new ANNE keyboard with gateron blues and have two problems.
The first one: This retards couldnt fish in one year the problem where the battery gets damaged :V
The second one: So I use headphones and want to listen to the clicky sound but when I take them of I dont hear my Music

What to do my fellow retards?

play background typing noises while listening to your music?

sucks to be you nerd

do keyboards that support usb3/xHCI really do interrupts now and not polling? i've been sticking with ps/2 after some bad experiences with usb fuckery

here waiting on my let's split parts from icewind and case from se7en9! Duper excited

Will a mechanical keyboard make me better at League of Legends?

nope. Improved gaming performance is a lie. That's like saying an SSD will make you better at games

So I finally got Fedex to admit they didn't know where my new keyboard was this weekend, and opened in investegation.

They found it this morning. In Oregon. After telling me it was in Utah for a week straight. When it was supposed to be in Washington 2 days ago.

I'll be getting it a week+ late, but at least it's not lost and I'm getting tracking updates again.

nice dubs and what memeboard?

Why would you even play that cancerous shit

Waifu fap bait mostly.

where did you get that beauty

Ducky One TKL RGB along with 100 clear switches and 100 62g springs.

At that time, one Persian, one domestic shorthair mongrel.
Now, one Maine Coon mongrel, one domestic shorthair mongrel.

Some folks do more with keyboards than send Skype and Whatsapp emojis, or whatever it is weaboos do when they're not cramming rubber horse dicks inside themselves.

Option 1: Purchase open back headphones, not noise blocking.
Option 2: Move out of parents basement and use speakers like an adult.

hey

gun guy is back

how's the morning going

did someone say guns

Guns and keyboards are always a good combo

is there any different firmware for the tada68?
the chinese site is a pain in the ass to use

it has an atmega32u4 iirc, so you should be able to flash TMK/QMK to it somehow

Idea 23, makes good die sub keys. Aka busgamer7394 on geek hub.

that stuff sounds confusing but im off today so i can try it out
thanks m8

what does /mkg/ think of clears?

>Budget
100-130 euro
>Location (continent at least)

>Preferred switch type
red, silent
>Layout
US is a must
>Form factor
full
>Backlight
prefer none
>Previous/current keyboards
dell sk3205

also
linear, silent, soft

tell me right now where you got it

I bought cherry red logitech g610. Was it a good choice fort babby's first mechanical?

bump

are you old enough to play here?
Cherry clears or gateron clears? Huge difference. both seem to be pretty popular here.

>reduce the number of keys
>add a bezel and take up as much vertical space as a 5-row keyboard

cherry, should have said that

They're my perfect switch. I love the increase in weight after actuation, so the bottom out is nice. The sound is great and they go well with almost every key profile. The bump is nice and big, and unlubed the friction is perfect. there is no better switch

too heavy but ergo clears might be nice

Gateron clears are like 35g and linear.
MX Clears are heavier and tactile.
If Gateron made an MX Clear clone I would choose that. I think Zealios are their clone.

Practicality isn't the concern here.
Pic related is to show off the acrylic bottom. So the guy who commissioned it can look underneath his keyboard and admire the silkscreen print he wants to have there.

what is this

rama 40%?

Are you old enough to use a real keyboard, instead of some toy?

Wasdkeyboard with mx browns, I love this thing.

Do any of these support switch opening without desoldering?

What other keyboards have a similar layout to this?

60% or that jis shit?

Where can I find a keyboard with CLEARS in this compact layout? Does such a thing exist

Look at the bottom row.

love the set. where does one find SA profile caps?

Build your own.

That's the JIS HHKB, the HHKB Pro JP.
That layout can be found in other Japanese boards, but they're usually larger.

None of those have F keys on the bottom row.

The bottom row still inputs normal keycodes.

I mean outputs.
You could use SharpKeys or AutoHotKey to remap your current keyboard closely to that layout.

How are the keycaps fitting? Nice and tite? Also how long did the shipping take, im in scandinavia so im guessing shipping will take 3-4 weeks to get from china...

Probably have to build your own or swap switches.

clears are too heavy for me. i like typing on them for like a single typing test, but cannot do it for very long.

i think matias quiet clicks are my favorite tactile switch so far (more tactile than browns, but seem a bit heavier, and also quieter), but all my keycaps are for mx stems and pretty much every MQC board i've tried have had some minor qc issue.

currently using a matias mini quiet pro at work. only one of my arrows keys occasionally doesn't register when i press it so it's about as good as i can hope for (which is still awful considering i've never had any such issues with $10 logitech/microsoft keyboards).

Of course I COULD do that.
But that's not what I asked.

That's lame. Any pointers on where to start building my own?

>too heavy
How does this happen. Clears are nothing, from the way people talk about them I expected something difficult to use but they're easy as fuck, is everyone else weak?

Winkeyless.kr

acquire switches, get a plate cut and handwire it

I got it from a deskthority user.

small hands i guess?

3ds xl, hand, logitech g pro

Maybe some people constantly bottom out, so the 90g bottom out of clears would eventually get tiring for some.

thanks

Thanks but I don't have that kind of time or autism

>asks how to build a keyboard
>>i don't have that kind of time or autism

help please answer

No, they don't.

>I don't have that kind of time or autism
you're in the wrong thread

Ok so is there a TKL that supports switch modding and stuff without desoldering?

is that a racecar numpad

where do I get this

yes it is

you make one yourself

i dont have a 3d printer for the case though

You can have this one for a few bucks if you like

I'm making a new one anyway

>How are the keycaps fitting?
They fitt well but the space bar I press to hard at the right corner it jumps out from the left but no issue for me because I use the left thumb for this

>Also how long did the shipping take,
No ideos maibe 3-4 weeks like you said, aliexpress ships a bit faster now (just my impression)

Are tomoko keyboards a scam or legit

The jap hhkb doesnt have F keys for the bottom row dumb ass. As a matter of fact retard it doesn't come with high pro keycaps. The guy just put them on there. If you want something like that then build it yourself fagot. The only keyboards out there that can do that are fully programmable ones for morons like your self. Thats really the only option you have fuck face.

No they are legit

They're just cheap chink boards, don't expect anything amazing for your $30-$40.

But where do you get other keyboards with a bottom row of F-keys???
