the page says its early 2009
$150 could get you a first gen i5 elitebook/thinkpad and a 120gb SSD. Pass.
Get a t420 or x220 and run a hackintosh
Thanks user, I don't know what came over me. I completely forgot about those plus they look a hell of a lot better. Thanks for stopping me from taking the first step to faggotry, for now
It won't run the latest OS X. The edge of the palm rest peels off and it's easy as fuck to stain.
It gets amazingly hot doing the most simplest tasks and feels extremely fragile.
Do you want it? Can you afford it?
Then buy it.
Do you need it to be the best bang for the buck price wise?
Then probably don't.
yur whalecum
150? Way over priced. I hate how fucking overpriced everyone thinks their goddamn C2D Macbook Pros from early/mid 2010 think they're worth.
"CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL, LIKE NEW, WELL TAKEN CARE OF, A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE LID AND BOTTOM AND THE SD CARD READER ISN'T WORKING AND SOMETIMES THE SCREEN GOES PINK BUT IF YOU PLUG IT INTO A MONITOR IT DOESN'T DO IT. 750 OBO, NO LOW BALLING."
I always email them and say that they're dumb for asking that price, they should be asking 100ish, maybe 200ish for an i5/i7. If they respond it's usually with a "Whatever you don't know what you're talking about." or something to that effect.

All in all, this is like within' the first page or two of the 12 pages of results. Ugh.
I just want to give someone 100 bucks for a C2D white macbook for a bs kali linux machine. Is that so hard?
>$150
lmao
>macshit
>any year
The leverage is not as obvious once you realize the i5 model runs a botnet.
>t. mactoddler
Yep, with a warrant.
Why not just get a 2016 macbook pro?
> $149
Not in 2017 no
It was good enough until 2014 maybe.
Now you'll just have a hard time doing casual stuff.
So does the Penryn-M CPU in the Macshit toddlerbook.
>$149
Why? Also it's 2009.
I recently got a MacBook Pro 13" i7 2012 for 200€, so I would say no, that's a shitty price of a shitty outdated laptop.
worth it for a linux shitposter?
No, don't get anything before the 2012 line.
The Core 2 Duos are outdated nowadays and the i5/i7 ones are much cheaper now. Also this one does not even have a good trackpad or any of the other nice features. Way too high price for what year it's from.
If you say you're going to install Linux on it, than get a ThinkPad, there's no use of the MacBook without macOS, you're making it just into a shitty 3rd party laptop by doing so.
Are you a poor fag or something?
Custom EFI with modified CPU microcode.
>using cpuboss
Literally kill urself u autist
Buy one without the shitty one button touchpad
>buy
>macshit
It'll only have 32-bit EFI, so won't be able to boot 64-bit macOS without SFOTT applied.
TLDR You're stuck at 10.7.
>The edge of the palm rest peels off and it's easy as fuck to stain.
Mine's a 2009 model.
No peeling. No stain.
You must be rough on your gear.
You can get a C2D MacBook for like 50 bucks on eBay, dude. Enjoy Snow Leopard, it was a good OS.
>t. mactoddler
...
That's not a 2009 if it can't be updated past 10.7 Lion. More like a 2006 IIRC. Do what other anons are suggesting and hackintosh a T420.
But isn't that userbenchmark
