How "Google free" are you?

How "Google free" are you?

Not very
I use Google Search, Gmail, Android, Google Now, Google Music, Google Maps, and Hangouts.

That picture is retarded though. Most of those are just trading one botnet for another, usually at the cost of functionality.

I agree but youtube? It would go against the principle of comfiness

Just Gmail and Google maps.

I use Search, Maps, I fill in reCAPTCHAs, and I'm not against watching YouTube videos although I usually don't.

>suggesting yahoo or MS as better alternatives to google
dropped

I only use Google Search and Gmail

Geez, just how old is that image?

>ungoogle yourself by throwing yourself into a rival botnet
What's the point?
If you're going to botnet yourself you might as well use the best one

I use everything and I love it

in fact I'm living an exclusively google e-life right now, I don't even sign up for shit if it won't let you use your google account

Literally all of those alternatives are dogshit in comparison, except DDG.

Who gives a shit.
Whats the point of being google free when all the alternatives ruin the comfyness you get with google services.

There's aren't even good alternatives and in some cases equally bad. Here's mine

> google
Startpage
> gmail
Protonmail
> chrome
Icecat
> calendar
My phone's built in calendar

I use Gmail, Hangouts, and YouTube. Oh, and Android. Aside from that I'm free. Have used Duckduckgo for years.

/thread

Google shit I use:
Search - because MS can't even search their own fucking documentation right
Gmail - I've had the account for a long time, and have toyed around with the idea setting up my own mail server, but it would be a pain in the ass to convert all my accounts over
Calendar - I rarely use it, but my phone syncs
Android - Fuck iOS and Windows phone is dead
Voice - Because Sprint's built in voicemail app is a fucking cancer
Maps - there is literally no decent alternative. I'm rather concerned as to why maps keeps crashing every night because I denied it access to my texts through

I use YouTube there's literally no good alternative with enough content.
Also Gmail for throwaway addresses. I self-host my actual mail addresses though.

>skydrive

how botnet or shitty are some of those replacements?

>office web apps
>skydrive
it's outdated as fuck

>freeonlinesurveys
what the fuck

>zoho anything
jesus

Not at all and I don't care, that shit is so handy as a student. I regularly use all the following:
>Keep
>Calendar
>Docs
>Search
>Android gapps, and I keep my location on and share it with Google
>Maps
>Gmail
>Classroom (some courses make us use it)

Also, I sync my contacts and have the android sync setting on. Feels good to be part of the botnet, makes life easier and Just Werks on any device, which is important as I have a very bad memory and I find myself needing those notes, to do lists, and android notifications.

Oh and also youtube, I'm addicted to that shit

Smartphone and tablet have Android, I use gmail, youtube, and Google Drive so not at all Google-free.

I do occasionally use Google Chromium but only to check if there's a problem with a website or something on my end.

gmail, don't want to change my mail address.
youtube, because no alternatives
maps, because other mapping services suck in my country
switched from android to iphone recently, so escaped most of their botnet

>Google
>Gmail
>Youtube
>Google Docs
>ReCAPTCHA

Startpage is good enough alternative.
As for YouTube, I mostly watch it via NewPipe, on PC I visit the subscription box and open it via mpv.

>gmail
>google (at work only)
>youtube
>catpcha
>gmaps but rarely

Funny thing, I never agreed to connect my youtube and gmail accouts, so the kikes
disabled youtube comments completely
for me.

Every one of those alternatives are garbage

I only use Google search and Gmail, don't even have an Android phone

>providing non-free alternatives to Google
Why in the hell? If I'm going to use proprietary services I might as well choose the comfiest botnet.

>dailymotion
lol what a fucking failure

Only YouTube but of course without having an account.

I use:
Google
Gmail
Youtube
Drive
Calendar
Docs and Sheets
Photos
Analytics

Also I make a living with adsense, so, I would say I'm pretty dependant of them.

Basically just Gmail.

> Google Search
DuckDuckGo
> Gmail
Still use it, but I use a mail client (Thunderbird and K-9 Mail) rather than the webmail which is proprietary JavaScript
> YouTube
Download videos from there and elsewhere using youtube-dl, sometimes use browser extension Watch With MPV
> Google Reader
Any RSS reader, I use akregator
> Google Maps
OpenStreetMap, OsmAnd~
> Google AdSense
Don't have a website, and I block ads with ublock origin
> Google Docs
LibreOffice
> Picasa
I ... keep pictures on my computer
> ReCaptcha
Don't have a website
> Google Analytics
Don't have a website
> Google Calendar
Android Calendar with Offline Calendar backend
> Google Tasks
vi
> no Android on the list
AOSP distributions ("custom ROMs") that don't have gapps, e.g. LineageOS (CyanogenMod), I use OmniROM

>Yahoo mail
>Alternative

>Duck Duck Go listed as an Alternative

Anything
> yahoo
> bing/microsoft

"alternative"

No protonmail.

OP, you may well be THE most retarded underage faggot currently shitpoastin on 4chinnz.

This image is retarded

Like 90% of Sup Forums has Android. Even though they have all sorts of excuses about open source, compiling from scratch, etc it's still a Google product and cannot be trusted.

>Google
Startpage

>Gmail
cock.li

>YouTube
youtube-dl + mpv

>Google reader
>iGoogle
never used it.

>Google maps
I never left the house.

>Google AdSense
AdBlock Plus

>Google Docs
vim

>Picasa
never heard of it.

>reCaptcha
Sup Forums pass

>Google Analytics
I don't run Javascript

>Google calendar
ncal

>Google tasks
vim ~/todo

>evernote
who made this list?

I use Google search, mail, android, and YouTube. Pretty much nothing else, no need.

>evernote
>yahoomail
>duckduckgo
>zoho anything
I wonder who's behind this post

Not at all because it works. Also all alternatives listed are shit. Yes you could use freetard alternatives but at least I know these are stable (I know they're selling my info but they or someone else would find it a sell it anyway eventually unless I go full ludite)

OP succeeds in reminding everyone they really can't live without google
