No, quite the opposite. It's goat. You can find tons of videos and music albums there for free (RAR files of whole albums are direct links).

It's only good if you intend to talk to Russians/Eastern Europeans or if you're group of friends decide to move onto VK together.
Personally, I use it for the former. With that being said, the UI is good and caters to many languages. You might struggle to follow most posts made by groups though due to language barriers.
