I did that, i could close a few of the Explorer processes, sometimes it would even appear to close but when i ran explorer as a new task, even though the start menu would appear, none of the links would work nor could I open any file explorer window
It happened last night right as I was about to transfer a movie from a thumbdrive to it. I ended up logging into another user, whose Explorer was working fine and did the transfer, then switched back to primary account and opened the torrent file through explorer - other apps can browse my file system fine
