Only way to really destroy Google is make automatically updating adblockers capable of blocking adblocker-blockers, run by a decent community.
Specifically aimed at Google products. People can block other things with such effort if they wish to, but a sheer focus on Google advertising is what would be needed.
There is the problem though, decent community.

so we need to target those:
- blockers to defeat ads ie ublock origin, noscript
- search proxy for search ie searx.me to defeat search fingerprinting
- use alternatives to google services and make sure they don't sell your data to google
- don't use browsers that give away your data (right now least cucked and usable is firefox+user.js / or self-patched)
- dont give your dns queries to google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, also use dnscrypt
- poison their data: provide incorrect information, write bots for their social networks to annoy users, scrape and release user data to everyone
- use passive-agressive ways to force normies to switch away from google services (ie set your spam filter to filter out gmail and auto-reply that you don't answer to gmail because surveillance)
- patiently educate normies about privacy and real face of google, but not RMS-hitler style

Anything you might do might only affect how consumers use google, meanwhile companies will use google for all kinds of business needs, and if you interact with those companies they'll still have your data. All we can really do is mitigate our interaction. host our own email services, NAS, or just things you can do on your own server in general with open source software and services rather than closed source things.
