Best Browser?

Need browser suggestions!
I got a new PC and don't know which browser to use. I stuck with Firefox for quite a bit, but it's getting slower everday it seems... I tried Chrome, but haven't switched completely.
So what browser should I install on my new PC?
Is Ungoogled Chromium any good? Does it get updated frequently or do potential security risks stay in for a long time? Is Firefox Dev Edition or Nightly any good?
There's just too many choices -.-

Just use Chrome or Opera. Firefox is shit these days. Chrome is botnet but overall the best browsing experience imo.

Yea that's what I was thinking: Firefox has gone to shit, but wasn't quite sure about how much botnet Chrome really is lol

Put this into perspective before deciding.

Is TOR good for everyday use? I care about my privacy quite a lot, but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle, since the browsing speed is noticably lower

I think for everyday use definitely not.

Firefox is probably the best if you actually use plugins. If not, the botnet is the answer.

Just use firefox or some fork like pale moon. For privacy set cookies to expire when you close your browser, block all third party cookies and install the noscript plugin to block all the javascript bullshit in your browser by default. It does take some time to make exceptions for all trusted sites to execute javascript but in the end you get both privacy and better performance because all the ad-tracking scripts aren't executed all the time. If you want to you can get rid of your antivirus as well because no website will be able to store anything on your computer without your permission anymore. TOR is not impossible for everyday use but it's slow as fuck and many sites block tor exit nodes.

Vivaldi.
It's the new browser from Ex-Opera employees.(back when opera was good, up to 12)

Alright, I'll look into this one a bit :D
Thanks for your suggestion

It's still under heavy development though.
Several features are missing compared to Opera 12.
But they're working on it! =)

It's based on Chrome so all add-ons are working.
I'm not sure about google tracking status though, if you're worried about that sort of thing.

Can I please have your firefox css

Which one of the is lighter?
Dev'ing on low spec pc with browser constantly open in various sites can heavyweight a bunch CPU .

That's what I found out myself as well :D
Since my alternative is currently Chrome, which is full of google tracking, this probably has at least a little less of this haha

Yea probably, hehe. :)

>Firefox is shit these days
>but just use Opera

Do you even think before speaking?

Use Iron SrWare. It's Chrome but without the botnet. Definitely faster and best user experience.

>suggestion
if you are a patient person, use IE

>>Iron SrWare

>Chrome thrilled with an extremely fast site rendering, a sleek design and innovative features. But it also gets critic from data protection specialists , for reasons such as creating a unique user ID or the submission of entries to Google to generate suggestions. SRWare Iron is a real alternative. The browser is based on the Chromium-source and offers the same features as Chrome - but without the critical points that the privacy concern.

I'm not sure if I trust a project with that much engrish.

Opera 12.18

Opera with the built in VPN

>real Sup Forumss
>using anything but firefox
lad

...

Definitely not Chrome. It uses a shit ton of resources.

Yes. Opera over Firefox all day. Just my opinion.

It's about as much botnet as it can get.
