Clementine

I tried Clementine and it really looks like to me this is the best alternative to Foobar, hell even the best audio player. It released under GNU Licence, works under linux, windows and even mac.

Don't know about ricing though.

The best alternative to foobar is Winamp tbhwys.

You mean the winamp that got discontinued and only available to windows and totally proprietary?

Version 2.91

>lolcat
I don't even know how does foobar work, but deadbeef is closer to it as i know.

>Winamp.
If you can't get it working on Linux, you don't belong.

I don't belong.

i use clementine, its great. takes a bit to update the library when i add tons of folders at a time though, but thats the case for most players ive used

MusicBee for windows.

Nothing can still compare to foobar's plugin library though... Find me another player that can read .org files, then we're talking.

Don't buy into proprietary walled gardens next time, fag.

OS X don't have this problem.

What do you mean? I don't think OSX reads org files natively...

spotify

>deadbeef
>Streaming music, playing ads, closed source, no ricing, spyware.
Someone call stallman

plebs

>no pitch shift plugin
>no playback rate shift plugin
Clementine might be nice, but I won't switch off Foobar until I find another music player with these.

still better than anytrhing else

>not just using mpv with SpaceFM and SpaceTV

clementine randomly lags

how do i make it look like that????

Noob the best media player is music.google.com
