My country will pass a law that allows ISP to data cap so we won't be able to stream videos without paying ISP jews a lot of money.
I don't even stream but I download a lot of anime, so I am thinking of downloading everything I can before the data cap is implemented.
What is the cheapest way to mass store anime?

I took a peek at how much data Claro will provide us... If you take the 120 Mbps (a frigging huge speed for a "fair" price of 200R$) you'll get 175GB OF DATA/MONTH. That's ridiculous. The standart 15~30Mbps internet will have only 80GB of data.
I've already stored like 4.5GB, but I can't afford more HDDs :(

I would be concerned if it was something like two years, eight is enough time for drives to become better and cheaper. I don't even know if I've ever used a single one of my hard drives for more than four years at best, and even then I've got drives from the Pentium days that still chug along just fine.

There are no "chink HDDs". They're either rebrands, or generic rebrands of 4 major companies (WD/HGST/Seagate/Toshiba). Toshiba is going under, so their stuff is being liquidated. You can find 5TB drives on sale for $150 from them.

assuming a 500GB per episode (1080p), that will give you 350 episodes. that will be 116 hours.

Assuming 10GB per OVA, that will give you 17 OVAs, that will be 34 hours at 2 hours per OVA so... whats the problem? Are you planning to consume every anime that has been made.
