Yes

Look up offliberty, it's a website which can make any website viewable offline and it can download music in a single click from youtube and SoundCloud by putting the link in

Soulseek

Modified Spotify APK from MrDude

as you grow older, you dont care anymore. not even that user. i don't even listen to music anymore, and when i get nostalgic, i search for the music videos on yt

>be freetard

I'd use Spotify but there's fucking nothing so not yet.

You don't have to pay. You can just block the ads or use the modified APK

Publishers often refer to copying they don't approve of as “piracy.” In this way, they imply that it is ethically equivalent to attacking ships on the high seas, kidnapping and murdering the people on them. Based on such propaganda, they have procured laws in most of the world to forbid copying in most (or sometimes all) circumstances. (They are still pressuring to make these prohibitions more complete.)

If you don't believe that copying not approved by the publisher is just like kidnapping and murder, you might prefer not to use the word “piracy” to describe it. Neutral terms such as “unauthorized copying” (or “prohibited copying” for the situation where it is illegal) are available for use instead. Some of us might even prefer to use a positive term such as “sharing information with your neighbor.”

>listening to music
I wish I could appreciate music as much as others.
I enjoy clever lyrics like bo burnham, but never the actual music. Ambience or orchestra in video games is okay.

Do I have brain damage?

some of us actually enjoy not getting our ears raped for nostalgia and want to consume music as a fine art

archive.rebeccablacktech.com/mu/

search the album name with the word "mega" and get a mega.nz link

that's the Sup Forums way

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

just wait

Shit like this makes it hard for me to really believe he's a Jew. Sure, he's autistic about free software, but st the same time this isn't your usual set of Jewish tricks

>youtube

kill yourselves

>he don't knows youtube has now have flac audio tracks support

Jews have always pushed "freedom" or "anarchism" since the earliest days of history because when people are taught to be "free" they end up masturbating with dildos, becoming a tranny or embracing pedophilia instead of being strong and defending your country and becoming a better, smarter group.

If you think "freedom" is a red pill, then you don't really understand how Jews decay society. Tumblr loves freedom because the Jew told them to want it.

I approve of this new copypasta.

Why aren't we sharing this information with our Sup Forums neighbours?

Makes sense. I mean, all these various "civil rights movements" were pushed by ((them))

Exactly. The more "freedom" you have, the less you will be interested in protecting your country from Jewish control.

this

pretty much only use the archive at this point, unless a link is dead

shit selection

They pushed this wayyyyyy before that, goy.

I'm the opposite. Couldn't give a fuck about the lyrics, but love the feel of music.

I use an addon that adds download buttons to every song in soundcloud and it just werks

Don't college students get a free Spotify premium account?

If you're an adult you should just pay the $8 or whatever a month for the subscription service of your choice and make life easier on yourself

pleer

>If you're an adult you should just pay the $8 or whatever a month for the subscription service of your choice and make life easier on yourself

There is literally no reason to do that.

Convenience
Not being a thief scumbag
Mainly convenience

Dealing with fucking files just to listen to music is archaic

File sharing isn't killing music - there's more musical artists spamming their shit than ever because of the Internet.

What's killing music is shitty artists producing shitty music that isn't worth a fucking cent of actual cash.

Hell, I collected CDs from 1985 through about 2005 and haven't bought one since because there hasn't been basically a single album I've encountered in the past ~12 years worth spending any money on whatsoever.

Streaming is shit and you pay to listen not to own. I'd rather download copies for free and manage them myself, like put it all on my home server and then stream it from there.

Also:

>oops Spotify is down! Sorry, customers! We will fix this...sometime

JPS.
Other western music I usually listen to is free anyways. If not, I'll just find a direct download link. I don't really like torrents outside of private sites.

Once every blue moon I buy a physical copy of something. Usually have to order it from abroad and it gets pretty expensive.
I would use services like spotify if they had something in their libraries, but their selection is really limited.

made a javascript youtube player that works nicely in a mobile environment as well.

Yeah, nah, I'm with this user. Sounds fine to me and I usually just nostalgia trip through YouTube anyway.

>Want to listen to a song
>Need song.flac and any audio player

>want to listen to a song
>Needs Spotify app, a decent connection, it to be available on Spotify, and ass headphones so you don't notice the shitty artifacts from compressed streams of compressed files

Go back to your den, dad

This only applies to autists

How are SHP9500s for $54.99?

First time shopping for headphones, i'm looking for something decent quality to use at home when i'm alone. Trying to get into sound and audio so I wanna start small fry for now.

Does the old Sup Forums exist anywhere on the web?

In that order

Up your budget, nigger. No point in "starting small" when you're inevitably going to replace them. For home audio, you might consider speakers instead so you don't have to worry about only being able to listen for 20 minutes before your headphones give you a headache

>downloading music kills the music industry

>downloading CP promotes the CP industry

Which is it?

>implying you or anyone downloads from RED, home of the 0/1/0

My budget is under $100, and I wanted headphones so that I could use them with my laptop around the house too.

Deezloader is love
Deezloader is life

who /mp3clan.com/ here? It is very useful when you need just one track.

Why do so few mention Deezloader? It's purrfect!

If your budget is $100 you should spend $100. When buying headphones always max out your budget

Save up then. Good headphones start at $200 MSRP, maybe less from massdrop but you don't want to cheap out here. If you absolutely need some headphones, get some $10 rock zircon earbuds to hold you over til you can afford something decent

I don't listen to music like I used to. I use (free) streaming services to listen to new music. When I do download music it is always from youtube (via youtube-dl). The quality is good enough for me.

Bullshit. You can get Beyerdynamic DT770 and DT990 for $120. These are beyond great.

Why would you use Youtube-DL when you can run something like headphones on your home server? Jesus fucking christ automate that shit. Fuck torrents. Patricians still use usenet.

>Patricians still use usenet.

only if its free

I go to youtube to mp3 and download all my songs that way

>unironically recommending headphones
>implying headphones is not a piece of shit software

>Implying Communism isn't the ultimate Jewish trick

>headphones is one big shitty mess
Can't argue with this really

stopping a ship in transit and stealing its cargo is the perfect analogy for copying copyrighted information. pirates in denial are like those idiots who pretend that abortion isn't murdering the unborn. we get it. you're fucking over someone else because it's more convenient for you. you don't have to pretend the evil you commit isn't evil. no one can stop you. you can at least be honest.

HAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT A FAGGOT

Just start being an adult and pay for a spotify subscription. It pays for itself in the time you save dicking around trying to get it all for free. Once you realise this you'll probably make the switch #gredpill

>spotify

how that shit ever became popular I will never know

>pays for spotify
>doesn't run their own version of the service
Why are you even on Sup Forums?

>a file on a computer that can be non-destructively copied millions of times per second is "property"

This.

this

nobody cares about music quality

even the faggot who say they do often still use fucking vinyl records, proving they don't give a toss and just want what they think sounds fine, like everyone else

No because that implies that the cargo is hijacked and it never reaches the intended destination, thus harming not only the distributer but the consumer as well. This is flat out untrue, because digital consumers receive their media regardless of piracy if they so choose to buy it.

There is a difference between duplicating and outright stealing. The people who participate in piracy are individuals who most likely wouldn't have ordered the cargo for themselves in the first place if it costed them anything. They also are not DIRECTLY harming the consumers who chose to consume the media legally.

Sure the sustainability of selling media subject to high amounts of piracy can be called into question but that's highly dependant on so many more factors such as demand and how easy it is to access, to name a specific few. The fact of the matter is that the issue is framed as piracy for the obvious benefit of its negative connotation as a method of deterrence. You can sit there and call people evil and wrongdoers but in the end that feeds only your own self rightsousness. Pirates dont care what you think of them, and companies don't care what you think of pirates unless you give them sales.

I'm not defending piracy either, i'm just saying people will do what they will regardless of what you say, so it's best to just go about your own business and worry about yourself and let the distributers deal with it.

dis

limited to 320kbps. lacks some music. often missing parts of discographies

It's pretty great overall, but it's not an alternative to finding flac discographies or just full album flacs.

vinyl is shit but it's still a faithful enough replication of the original. Music on youtube is often overcompressed, transcoded between lossy formats one too many times, and/or pitch shifted to dodge automatic copyright takedowns, enough that anyone can tell it sounds like shit. Things have gotten better over time, but anyone claiming that youtube music quality is consistently acceptable has to be either into some seriously recent, mainstream shit, or trying too hard to be contrarian on this saudi batkeeping forum

>and let the distributers deal with it.

fuck that, information should always be free

now if they want to sell a nice set of physical objects to get me to buy their shit great. otherwise they can fuckoff

we erode our fucking rights pandering to people that want to sell shit that can be reproduced for effectively no cost and hell even making it doesnt truly cost that much if we look at it objectively. we dont need superstars

LeL. I used to think like that throughout my teens.

What exactly is wrong with Youtube, if you go through the "topic" channels of artists? sure, they don't exist for some really obscure stuff, but it will mostly be there in what sounds like high quality

he might talk like a fag, but there's nothing wrong with having archival copies of music
