"Today, Tuesday 7 March 2017, WikiLeaks begins its new series of leaks on the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Code-named "Vault 7" by WikiLeaks, it is the largest ever publication of confidential documents on the agency.
The first full part of the series, "Year Zero", comprises 8,761 documents and files from an isolated, high-security network situated inside the CIA's Center for Cyber Intelligence in Langley, Virgina. It follows an introductory disclosure last month of CIA targeting French political parties and candidates in the lead up to the 2012 presidential election."
CIA are a bunch of memeing idiots CIA could have literally hired anons here to produce much better work CIA exclusively buys exploits because their own employees are too fucking stupid to even use Git They love using hashtags FOR EVERYTHING #getoffmylawn Oh and most platforms are pretty much built on sand, it's a miracle they're still standing.
Caleb Murphy
>botnet is true >literally no escape if any kind of modern tech is in the vicinity and op is being ironic or, idk anymore
Landon Smith
CIA niggers btfo; Russia has a mole in CIA, leaked it to Wikileaks. Possibly to weaken Deep State operatives.
Exploits include 1000s of Android, iOS, and a new revelation: turning Samsung smart TVs into microphones that phone home.
Aaron Powell
The CIA is a bunch of brony redditor marxists. Windows is kill. Apple is kill. Linux is kill. CIA can hack into your smart toilet.
Daniel Williams
This, it's just embarrassing.
Ayden Clark
>#getoffmylawn No that is a nickname for a CIA agent. If you read the docs it is mentioned several times. Either that or the CIA is just cancer.
Jordan Ortiz
Try it again without the massively sore ass, butthurts
Kevin Scott
Threadly reminder that shills are working overtime to try and damage control this. Report&hide.
Jaxson Russell
>CIA can hack into your smart toilet I was saving that shit for later. Fucking botnet.
Caleb Torres
The good thing about this leak is that it at least takes down that veil of 'everything the intelligence community does is magic'
The shit they describe isn't really all that different from what the average security specialist could tell you (or do) Obviously, it's a bit different because they have the law on their side, but nothing has been said about manufacturer hardware backdoors or things like that.
Juan Campbell
Are the Linux exploits for the kernel or are they for random desktop applications?
Elijah Garcia
I just assumed that was his signature. It's also used at the end of other documents along with other hashtags but you might be right and they're just nicknames.
Barely english desu
Tyler Clark
how many keys have you found
Andrew Richardson
I don't see anything about Stuxnet, just some USB exploits. USB was always known to be insecure.
Charles Howard
I looked through the documents, it's literally nothing. Huh, I wonder what all the hype was about. Pretty much useless stuff.
Aaron Harris
Fucking russians
Owen Robinson
this seems to be pretty low tier, there's a lot of compartmentalization etc. in these organizations. They do mention working for outside clients.
Landon Sanchez
That theme and titlebar triggers me.
Jonathan Brown
share patches plz
Parker Cooper
Free Windows Vista, 7, and 10 Enterprise is pretty nice for some programs that don't work well in wine.
Kevin Taylor
It's to test the waters and to get people to stop talking about Russia.
Kevin Sullivan
whats the worst that could happen if i used the cia's license
Blake Jones
depends on what country you're in
Gavin Bennett
Is there a complete list somewhere? Do you just search for software? Is there adobe software in there?
Eli Wood
Comodo confirmed for best security software
Leo Torres
merica
Colton Evans
I wouldn't
Adrian Bennett
Do the functioning licenses mean this is real? Would Wikileaks buy a bunch of licenses just to make a leak seem more realistic?
Xavier Perry
Still pouring in before pajeets. Sublime was nice.
Jordan Stewart
beats me, without any source its only good for free sublime
Samuel Jones
I think the UEFI exploitation was the most unpleasant of the bunch desu
Kevin Bailey
No. Just ctrl+f for "license" or "key".
Jose Stewart
>Is there adobe software in there?
unfortunately not
Jack Russell
>YAY DOCKER
CIA are the annoying posters you see around 2bh
Alexander Phillips
the vulnerabilitys would be worth far more than the licenses
Ryan Martinez
I tried to view their top secret network's website 'devlan' (DEVeloperLocalAreaNetwork) and it was down, so i tried checking out the waybackmachine's copy. It's been removed by an administrator. Hmm!
Supposedly WL is withholding that until later so they can post in 'portions'.
Parker Peterson
>KMS
that's KMSpico, the Windows activator for pirates. Either they made the program or they're investigating the program.
Angel Anderson
the grugq, go back to twitter. No one likes you here.
Caleb Sanchez

Austin Nelson
so many shills in here. fuck the CIA
Lincoln Gomez
who
Mason Adams
he's still making money from both sides tho so idk what you're on about
Jonathan Phillips
there are vulnerabilities in there.
Cooper Morgan
No, those are KMS keys. KMS is a legit Microsoft program for activation in large enterprises. KMSpico is a program that emulates KMS and activates MS products without the need for keys.
Oliver Torres
"Guys we need some sublime keys"
"There's a computer shop along the road that sells them"
is WikiLeaks sharing the exploits with the associated companies to get them patched asap?
Isaiah Evans
Reposting from previous thread:
Because they don't experience it first hand
You goddamn well better believe they would care the moment it directly impacts them.
Here, let me relate a story from ss13. For those who aren't familiar, it's a game with an AI in it that can access intercoms around a space station and eavesdrop on everything
Now, first hand experience: I eavesdrop on some people ERP'ing. They don't know, they don't care. I poke fun at them and let them know I'm dropping eaves, and they immediately stop, tell me to fuck off and stop spying, and then physically take apart/disable the intercom.
Now, this is a game where players who've died or haven't joined the round, as well as the admins, can literally see everything going on. I die, and low and behold there are 30+ ghosts watching these two ERP and cracking jokes, but they ONLY GAVE A FUCK AND TOOK ACTION WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO MAKE IT APPARENT I WAS WATCHING THEM AS THE AI. An admin decides the show is over and makes all the ghosts visible, THE TWO IMMEDIATELY STOP ERP'ing AND DECIDE TO DO IT ANOTHER TIME.
They KNEW they could be watched at literally any fucking time, and they ONLY gave a fuck when I said I could see what they were doing and was watching, or when an admin made it clear everyone was watching their 'private' moment.
This is how people are. They won't give a fuck until it actually impacts them, because people are fuckin retards
Joshua Thomas
I wonder if they knew about "Cloudbleed".
Juan Bell
hahahahahaha
Alexander Young
>CIA literally are /OURGUYS/ Really makes you think
Michael Bell
Not only the MSM. The infosec community is full of faggots, dikes and other liberlas. Even though what was revealed isn't that advanced or new in terms of exploits (specially the ones about android), this is only part I, AND IT IS STILL A BIG LEAK. People are so mad about what Wikileaks did during the election that they are spending more time trying to demoralize them than trying to see how far the rabbit hole goes.
Jace Cox
CIA has converted everything in botnets, and the anons that always said "free software isn't sufficient" are right. There's no escape. Everything is compromised.
Carson Thompson
hopefully. they seem pretty reasonable
Camden Martinez
>The license only allows 10 users to use Sublime Text. To make sure we do not exceed this, please sign up below: >=^..^= >User #71317(on DEVLAN) >hp >User #? >User #? (on DEVLAN) >User #74671 (DEVLAN) >User #? (DEVLAN) >User #72932 (on DEVLAN) >User #75623(on DEVLAN) >User #?(on DEVLAN)
Make sure to sign below, user.
Brayden Barnes
Well they have a point quite frankly. What is Wikileaks doing shitposting about milo? And then releasing this weak ass shit with stale vulns.

ayo holup aren't all of the linux exploits basically outdated
Christopher Fisher
>linux exploits are oudated HAHAHAHAHA You´re implying that they fix bugs in first place.
Henry Watson
why is he retarded, can't see his sarcasm?
Samuel Harris
Majority of the exploits are. Media were making a HUGE fuss over android exploits, turns out they're all fucking outdated LMAO
Let's hope this isn't the worst wikileaks has...
Aiden Carter
What are the chances my old android phone gets a motorolla update to stop the botnet
Ethan Parker
r/netsec seems very popular among these guys
Thomas Roberts
sorry i can't even see the difference anymore
Michael Bell
After reading this i now understand the increasing of phone related threads in Sup Forums these past few years.
Brayden Perry
>I was only pretending to be retarded!
Chase Wright
*cough*
Ryder Myers
>i >increasing >in Learn English.
Lucas Jenkins
phone threads are increasing on Sup Forums because there are a lot more phone posters than desktop posters now
