DIY by mass (volume is shit). It's dead simple.
1. Find recipe(s) you like:
2. Buy a digital scale with no auto-off and 0.01g precision.
3. Buy some flavourings.
4. Buy some nicotine (100mg/mL)
5. Buy some pipettes.
6. Follow the recipe.
It seems daunting at first, but it's really stupidly easy. I was making good e-liquid on my first go. Now I can make a year supply for $100.
