The reason I'm installing windows 10 is because my windows 7 is faulty,hopefully I will be able to re install it using windows 10's return feature,i couldn't open chrome or any other browser so i had to upload from my phone.

Windows 10 is only decent if you use the EDU edition. Go for a clean install too and remove all "universall apps".
Also, I believe that EDU is better than LTSB.
