Vista and XP were buggy and got worst over time. Windows 10 does not really need CCleaner to "clean the registry".
It's a nice utility to uninstall apps, clear some caches and data but that's it. If you don't know why you want to use it, just don't... Win10 isn't vista...
The pc-cleanup business is almost nonexistent now for a reason.
