Why wouldn't you just buy them at the same time...

Sold out

...

not bad user. you did good.

But why must all motherboads at the high end have RGB lights on all of them.
Stupid gaymer idoits.

It's called design to inspire a wave form to induce dreams and awe in a parallel dimension of existent life transcoded from data to beauty

Should have gotten the Taichi

>Orange leds

If you are going to be a faggot and buy led/rgb lighting for your case, atleast have the decency and maturity to buy white ones.

white>shit>all

>AMD cant escape the Nvidia logo
Fitting

Give me a ITX mobo with.

4 DIMM slots.
Intel NIC, preferably two! But one works as well.
1-2 M2 slots
7-9 chokes for the CPU
Dual BIOS
And I'm giving you $250 without issue, you have one job, mobo faggots

Any mobo comparable to the taichi but cheaper?

>most good motherboards are still out of stock, even the garbage ASUS ones

Vendors really fucked up this launch.

fatality? kind of
taichi is best for now

anyone know how well asrock bioses progress? the only thing i'm worried aobut

I'll send you taichi for $400, want it?

I may be angry, but I'm not desperate.
My i5 3570k can hold for a while still.

>downgrading to Ayyymad

Retard alert

I have another problem, can easily afford 1700x now without much overpaying, no AM4 coolers. Why didn't they put one with 1700x as well, damn them, it has lower temps than 1700.

Just get a 1700 and overclock.
Cheaper, plus great cooler included.
You can OC to 1700X levels and you got the same shit $100 cheaper, I've seen people push to 3.8 on the stock cooler, so 1700X-tier is child's play

sold out, also difference is ~$50 here due to how smuggling in country works.
Also I don't like going above 1.35.

umad?

>no PCI slot
It's cancer.

I want Taichi vrm without SLI meme

They look so good.

we have what, 5? AM4 with PCI-slots, and only one x370? At least in my country. Hope for more mobos when ryzen5 comes in a few weeks

Ryzen 1700x is down to 340€ here and while it's still a gamble for gaming, considering it's unknown how much it can be improved via updates, I'm tempted.
Unfortunately most motherboards seem to suck, rushed out UEFI, relatively bad OC, low memory frequencies etc...There are also very few good reviews on them to help decide.

>ASRock has best boards on a platform

Really makes you think about ANUS

Why do all motherboards look like stupid gamer shit now? Where are the normal looking motherboards?

If you don't want gamer shit get the A or B chipset motherboards.

AM4 motherboards are so fucking clean.

the north and southbridges needed crazy heatsinking when the x58 dropped for i7 7 years ago..... its been downhill ever since... also gaymers are teh only people buying them these days. Most professionals i know have a dual / tripple boot macbook thats a few years old and its enough.....

Can someone redpill me on AX370 instead of B350?

only if you want to OC hard, comes down to how much VRM will overheat
otherwise no difference besides features

also check QVL lists, surprisingly B350 boards have longer RAM lists than some x370

I'd personally go this for a better chance of hitting 3200mhz RAM and making your ryzen better than a 7700K

>4 DIMM slots and 2 M2 slots
I don't think you can have both on a mini itx board die to physical constraints.

asrock.com/mb/AMD/X370 Taichi/index.us.asp#Memory

not on current final BIOS, beta got it though

that nice and all but it needs MOAR LEDS

You'd far better get the Crosshair VI.
ASUS is visibly by far the most active BIOS/microcode updater lately, all the reviewers are using that mobo

Are ASRocks good now?
They were foxconn tier back in 2011.

What is wrong with this mobo?
One of the cheapest with good I/O and memory speeds

Had a z170 assrock that shit out after a year, taking my i5 with it. Non over clocked and was suspended at the time. Have fun.

Better than ANUS for the new AMD chipsets.

So sad that supermicro doesn't offer anything on am4.

It looks cheap. Never heard of the company so I don't know.

Trying to toss up between this and Taichi. All the motherboards I have ever owned (started with my 2500k) have been Asrock and they've all been great. But I always thought they were a budget brand. Now they they seem to be the best for AM4 I'm all confused.

>Never heard of the company so I don't know.
user...

>Never heard of the company so I don't know
It's Gigabyte, not Aorus

>7-9 chokes for the CPU
why does the number of power phases fucking matter to you?

only because of the firmware right? Quality-wise, ASUS and or Gigabyte is still better?

Afaik, they're both fine in quality still.

aorus=crosshair

The best boards have not been made yet.

Asrock has been beating Asus in pure OC for some time now. Consistently less voltage to get 5.3-5.4ghz on the MOCF vs Apex

only asus support am3 cooler..... , gimme B350 that to it

frequency of BIOS updates.

Asus
crosshair 2017/03/13
z270 ~2017/01/13(not counting optane bullshit)

ASRock
taichi z270 1/5/2017
taichi x370 3/28/2017

Gigabyte
aorus5 x370 20/02/2017
aorus z270 20/02/2017

MSi carbons nowhere to be found, and nobody reviewed them. MSI lost opportunity here.
I'd say ASRock is best for AM4 right now even on firmware level.

AM4 motherboards are barebones so it should be possible.

Does this shit even does anything if you use high end USB headphones and not the 3.5mm jack? I think the headphone's volume box is an amp and a soundcard, so what's the point?

ASUS has the most updates because their mobos have been the most broken at launch.

you disable it in BIOS so it wouldn't draw useless pwoer
