Windows 10 LTSB 2016 Group Policy Editor

Someone asked a few days about what I modified in GPEdit, but I fell asleep and the thread was gone. Hope they see this thread.

Ah yes I did, thanks

So you can turn off auto updates in 10?

In LTSB and Enterprise CBB

How do you get the iso for ltsb 2016?

search the hash for the iso you want on Google

Thank you

Show your running services please.

If a system needs all this shit I'm sorry, it ain't a good system.

Another user and I asked. Thank you so much.

@59621637
Go play in traffic, retard.

Back to Xenforo shill

Does LTSB support hyper-v yet or is the hyper-v administrators group still broken.

>Does LTSB support hyper-v
Yes. All versions since 7 support it.

Ikr

There are many. So many that I'd have to stitch like four screenshots. I can't be bothered.. sorry.

meanwhile windows 7 has like 30 running processes.

implementing all those ad networks sure does increase it tho

every fucking day with you windows 10 shilling, end your life already

also fuck you floens, where the is proper filterting? What's the fucking point of it if I still see he filtered posts?

I condemn Winblows 10 for every possible flaw because it's so shit compared to 7, yet I'm acused of shilling it, lol. Dumb phone poster, should be expected from you.

How'd you get it so that it shows all the policy's you have edited? Sorry for the dumb question.

In Education too. Education is basically Enterprise without Cortana.

Look on the left pane, set to "All settings", then on right sort by "State"

>Education
Trash. LTSB does not have any UWP. There are also no feature updates to LTSB (feature updates means a new OS, 1507, 1511, 1607 were all comletely different OSes, and the update implied reinstallation of Windows with some settings and programs being kept; LTSB is frozen on 1507 or 1607, whichever you prefer, and gets updates until 2025 or 2026).

What about "turn off application compatibility engine"? Is it safe to enable?

On enterprise when you don't update for a while, after notifications, how do you stop the insufferable blue box popup that says "Updates are available"?

How do I get a LTSB key? Is there a legit seller?

Femanon how do you know so much about Windows?
Thanks for the tips btw.

>There is a known bug right now that can result in Windows 10 installations having a missing "Hyper-V Administrators" group. The most common trigger for this bug is when someone installs one edition of Windows and then upgrades to a different edition of Windows (Home --> Pro; Home --> Edu).
>We are currently investigating this - unfortunately, no work around has been identified at this point in time.
>All of the "fixes" on google don't work

I installed 2016 on 2015 while keeping all my programs and settings, many times. Just run setup.exe from the new ISO. That just means I get feature updates slower.

>There are also no feature updates to LTSB

LTSB is just an update branch retard, you can set Edu SKUs to use the LTSB branch.

Edu is literally rebranded Enterprise.

>LTSB does not have any UWP.

Can accomplish the same thing with Powershell, that's pretty much how the LTSB iso was built.

It can be done, while no necessary. You can do the same with 7 and 8.

>you can set Edu SKUs to use the LTSB branch
You can't

>LTSB is just an update branch
Ut's more than that, LTSB does not include any UWP, and it brings back the Win32 countrparts that were replaced in consumer versions.

Thanks

So to disable updates all is needed is regedit?
Neat i guess.

GPEdit but it can be done via regedit as well, though more complicated. Does not work on Pro.

Its LTSB only right?

I dont have w10 myself but i install it in recent laptops and one complain i get is if i can disable auto updates.

>Its LTSB only right?
Works on Enterprise CBB too.
