The very important difference is they got sued for bundling SALES of a PAID PRODUCT by leveraging the operating system, something that is unavoidable.
Googles services are free, and therefore not a sale, and are therefore not leveraging anything to gain revenue directly.
You do not need to use google's services, you don't purchase their browser, so there is no monopoly infringement taking place.
