But that's not the Zowie FK1.

*steps out of the shadows*
*claps slowly*

Hmmph. Not bad kid. Not bad. Great sensor. Nice ergonomics. I'll give you that. But wait till you see THIS.

Doesn't this have a problem with the scroll wheel breaking after a few months?

A thread died for this.

I believe it is the only good product they make, possibly their laptop as well. I think it was outdone by the current good mice, the g403, Zowies, and Mionix castor. If you love the intellimouse shape then the death adder is the way to go but I like huge ergonomic mice.
I want one so fucking bad but I'm under the impression that the sensor is noticeably bad even for people that play FPS casually like I do.

That looks like part of a hotel's interior design.

I like it.

Yes. The DeathAdder does have this problem.

Wow

>tfw I just plugged in my new Elite

Consumerism feels good.

I have one of those, had a few years maybe (different older logo decal).

Only just noticed it has buttons on the side from looking at the picture you posted.

I'm not unobservant or anything, I only use it about 8 hours a day.

Wireless master race reporting in.

>doesn't need to be wireless
>is anyways because memes
Fuck that.

I have it. It's decent but it ain't worth the price.

This new one actually looks like it might be.

amazon.com/Logitech-Triathalon-Multi-Device-Wireless-910-004790/

Actually has a button that isn't on the bottom of the mouse for the quick switch so I'm thinking of getting it. Really fucking stupid that they don't let you program that for the MX Master so I could switch via the thumb button.

>wireless mice are bad

I remember 2005 too user. Short AA batteries and shitty spinning sensors. Fortunately these problems no longer exist.

Bad link

Why's it so T H I C C ?

perfect shape for gaming with non-manlet hands, too bad literally everything else about it is absolute garbage.

is this your first deathadder user?

Handlet can't handle it? It's smaller than the MX Master.

...

b-but muh final mouse

razer master race`

tldr
put red square in the green square so i can read only what's really important

shapewise, g602 > g900

spbp

Seems like my M65 is dying. Anyone have the Mouse Tier chart?

...

...

Corsair sabre is similar shape, about 100g and optical.

Mionix naos or dream machines dm2 might be good if they fit your hand. Wouldn't buy either blind though.

masterrace

My work bought me this mouse a while back. It's pretty good.

it can be wired if you want
this mouse is perfect
>razer master race
lmao
my silenced Topre with caps probably costs more than both of your primitive devices

I have a G602. It's great. Apparently the Master is the evolution of it, and even better.

Muh

indeed

I've just about every razer mouse made and Steelseries Rival 100 shits on all of them.

I'm usually not in the minority on shit but it blows my fucking mind how many people use soft or cloth mousepads. It's all I see on other sites too. If it's not a hard mouse pad I'm not using it.

I love mine and unironically considering buying a second one for the office.

it's good but would be better if they rounded down the top right edge. I've gotten used, but still...

Also the scroll wheel still feels cheap.

razer logo is the worst shit

so youre saying that if it didnt have the logo it wouldnt be shit?

>have to join the botnet to configure it
Into the trash it goes.

>cabled
no

How much do people pay for these wood wrist rests?

>wireless mouse
enjoy paying double the price for something that is worse

Around $70 for a plank of wood. mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_list&c=65

Wow, some of those aren't even exotic woods. I'm thinking there might be a market for custom made one of a kind rests

Had this for almost 2 years now and besides the rubber wear on the side, it just werks

>having cables
>better
1980s called they want their technology back

I hate this mouse. It's too fucking big for any normal hand and you have to move it around like a flatiron.
The forward and back buttons are too far behind and the stupid thumbrest is just in the way of everything. My wrist hurts after 15 minutes of using this thing.
Can't believe I got tricked into buying this shit. Went back to my G9x 2 days after buying it.

>wireless mouse
>wireless keyboard
>wireless headphones

>"w-who cares if the quality i-is worse, it's wireless!"

IMO, Wireless is great when you're using your PC as a HTPC and you're operating it from a coffee table.

Wired is cheaper (for the same performance)

>caring about mouse and keyboard quality
>ignoring the fact that basically all keyboards and (mice?) not made in streetpoo country, whether wireless or wired, successfully transmit input consistently enough to prevent any frequent noticeable dips in usability

Is it a good replacement for G400S or MX518?
I need a proper mouse for work.

just about as good as the G402, which shared the contact points of the G400s/MX518. I personally like the G402 better than my G403

Yee

Definitely. The mouse is amazing to be honest. The sensor is great, and the mouse is very comfortable.

Had one, broke down in less than a month. No thanks.

if it's anything like the g pro, they ruined a stupidly good and light mouse by giving it a ridiculously heavy braided cable for literally no good reason

I know some of their mice in the past had a problem with the cable being the failure point but I'd take a cable I MIGHT have to replace in 5 years to a cable that drags the mouse around when you let go or a cable that catches on sharp mousemat edges any day of the week

>Is it a good replacement for G400S or MX518?

it's supposed to be a little bigger than the g400 but more comfortable, if you like the hand feel of the g400s I'd say go for it (otherwise the slightly ligher, much smaller, slightly more expensive g pro which is a replacement of the g100 is also a good option)

forgot to resize pic, my bad

That and being required to run their software constantly for button and dpi changes to work. Those are inconvenient, and not what I would call "perfection".

that looks like one of Megatron's balls, no fuck off not interested

at least the g403 wireless looks decent, hell all of their mice newer than that g900 abomination have had a really sleek look

I switched from a 502 to a 900. Not going to lie it took awhile to get used to the new shape and even so I still miss the 502's shape. Overall though I wouldn't trade back because the wireless it life changing. I was actually thinking about getting the 403 wireless.

G403 Prodigy wired baby

The rubber pads on the sides is quite possible the worst design decision I've ever seen.

I miss this microsoft mice
last one I used was comfort 6000
people have no idea how soft sounding the click was, it was amazing
the shape and quality of surface, the texture, it was all the perfect :/

youtu.be/BYRKWAQ2mzI?t=5m46s

That's not a Mionix Naos 7000

while its good hand rest, it feels bad because of extreme difficulty of picking it up a bit and moving it

>picking up a mouse
how long have you been using mice the wrong way?

Wireless G403 looks quite nice but it would suck having to put it to charge every so often.

Yee boi i love me moose

Well if it's anything like the 900 you'll only have to charge it for about an hour every 3 days. You can still use it as a wired mouse while it's charging too.

True true. How long does it last on a full charge?

My 900 left on 24/7 with no leds on lasts around 3 days.

Somewhat short but could always be left charging overnight for minimum hassle.

I guess since forever
but hey, you can go in to denial that no one ever needs to do it
then just wonder by people and reviews talk about lift off distance
or why mionix have it even adjustable..

>inb4 I was just pretending to be retarded

You better be using the original one

Well I use it for around 8 hours when I get home from work. So it actually gets around 24 hours of actual use. While it idles for stretches of up to 15 hours while I sleep/work.

I use a mouse for around 8 hours a day also, maybe 9.

This has gotten me interested in how long it would last if I actually turned it off when not in use. I think I'm going to try that next charge cycle.

It would extend it quite a bit. The sensor is always on even when not in use, so if you turn it off it should give you a day or so of extra use.

>Not having at least 9 side buttons

>recently bought mionix castor
>tfw should have bought zowie fk1

...

Agree

My Deathadder Chroma's middle click is broken, and they're pretty much told me to go fuck myself warranty-wise

I'm buying a chink mouse next time around

why?

>I'm buying a chink mouse next time around
which one?

probably something cheap off of Aliexpress like the James Donkey ones

the only thing that put me off on the g900 was the shape looks like it's a dust magnet, I'd have preferred the extra buttons though

that said, it is a ridiculously expensive mouse, as is the g403 wireless I suppose, ended up just getting a g pro, going to be painful not having the wireless though

you can actually use the g403 wireless in wired only mode and it acts like a regular g403 but at about 10-15 grams or something heavier

my man, too bad the scroll wheel is shockingly bad

>you can actually use the g403 wireless in wired only mode [...]

forgot to mention this is also the case for the g900 and g700/s so it's not a new feature but it's a really nice one

something approved by Sup Forums's cult of bland too i take it?

I'm having the same experience. Though I don't want to dump more money on mouses rn.

it's a $10 mouse that apparently performs well for its price

>falling for the goylitech meme

i gotcha, just Sup Forums's cultish obsession with getting the blandest hardware to project some illusion of maturity is silly

You guys all got fucked over, spending money on a mouse
Ha gaming series is a rip off
Nice wireless meme
This is all you need

Tell me what trackball mouse I should use instead, faggot.

Castor isn't a bad mouse, I just have minor nitpicky issues with it.

Barely a month into it and I can already feel a difference in the side rubber, can only imagine how much more more it'll wear down. The location of the switch for left click feels odd for how I grip my mouse, kinda difficult to explain. Had to altar my grip so I was clicking exactly above the switch, otherwise I was missing come clicks by not pressing down hard enough. Not really an issue with the mouse, just my admittedly odd grip that doesn't mesh well with the castor design.

Is this a Nintendo mouse?

really like this mouse too, is really silent.
