asrock taichi

Depends.

Look at the power management and find the right chipset for your needs.

They're all pretty much RAM agnostic now up to 3200mhz. With an update coming soon™.

If you don't care about SLI, the Asrock AB350 Pro4 is probably the best B350 board

Just going to post these and wait for my (You)s

>You'll never fuck Satania
Why even live?

>Optimizations neva eva, r-right my Intel bros?

>R-Right?

>bros?

So the i5 7400 is pretty much the same performance-wise as a Ryzen R5 1400?

>Optimizations
A general computing unit should be able to do general computing without having software specifically optimized for it.

We've had x86 (and then x86-64) CPUs for 30+ years and CPU-specific optimization of software to make it run smoothly hasn't been a requirement all this time. And no, all existing software will not magically change to be optimized for Ryzen.

AH FUCK YES, GIVE ME YOUR (You)S!

Done get the asus prime b350, infact don't get any am4 asus mobos.

taichi, msi titanium, and maybe the
>gigabtye auros if u lik rgb mayz xD

you?

AB350 Fatal1ty K4 or Pro 4, 6+3 phases at $109 ish

running CL11 2133mhz RAM, get Samsung B-die memory if at all possible, I'm using Ripjaws V and it won't go past 2133mhz no matter what

I managed to break 1700 in cinebench running 3900mhz at 1.4V, using the Hyper T4 for the cooler

i have biostars r7 and i cant get my 3000mhz ram to go any higher either. even worse im pretty sure it doesnt let you change the cas settings yet

>I managed to break 1700 in cinebench running 3900mhz at 1.4V, using the Hyper T4 for the cooler
Wow. Does an OC that high on the RAM need any kind of cooling considerations?

you read that before replying right?

You're absolutely right, I didn't.

any thoughts on the msi b350 tomahawk? was looking at that.

for an r5 build, to be precise.

I used Ryzen Master for all my overclocking

why on earth would you buy a biostar board?

AB350 Fatal1ty k4 or Pro 4, it has the most phases for the price

You can run DDR4 at 4000mhz OC'd and not need a cooler, RAM hardly gets hot

>why on earth would you buy a biostar board?
being completly honest i fell for the free m.2 ssd meme

For

but with a bios update when it releases should make a bit better right?

what do you mean a bit better?
it's already pretty good for 160, and no g4560 doesn't count that shit drops frames

may update will lower RAM latency by 6ns.

>AB350 Fatal1ty k4 or Pro 4, it has the most phases for the price
not as many fan hookups as id like. for x370, would the mxi x370 sli plus be a decent choice? not that much more expensive than the ab350 pro4

You want Taichi for Gaming 7 for X370, they have external BCLK

Buy a Sentry Mix 2 Fan controller man, or just buy 3/4 pin splitters, they're pretty cheap

>tfw case has no external bays

oh well. ill make do. thanks for the help.

Get a fan hub.

Powered by SATA connector so your header doesn't get overloaded. Connects three pin or four pin PWM fans. If you need more than that you have a case fan addiction.

any b350 will do
