Not Germanic nor even Indo-European

>not Germanic nor even Indo-European
>being this high

Do you ever wish that you didn't come from Africa like we Finns never did, Sup Forums?

Finland is the best Eastern European country

You guys are basicly all Swedes. Estonia and Hungary are more mongol than you are today.

There is absolutely no way Spaniards are higher than us.
This is one of the few things that Portugal leads among Southern Europe.

What is this ? And why is my country so shit that it doesn't even have a colour ?

Proficiency in what? Literacy? What does the EF EPI stand for?

How good the in each country are at English. Yours was left out because it was below Spain

fug D:

No way Germany is so low. Fake map is fake.

What about my country? :^)

What does it mean?

Inglish prafishnsi indeks

The problem with Italy is the way English is taught. Teachers mostly force students to memorize grammar rules and read a lot of English literature (which is not useful since it's not they way people normally speak), without practicing much.

so how do they measure this? because polish people don't speak english very well

this is some absolute bullshit xD

implying Poles know English better than Germans

Turkey is half in Asia.

surprised to see hungary so high

arigato

That is how they do it everywhere.
80% of fluent people are fluent due to spending too much time online, not due to their """education""".

No. It's more like
* learn phrases
* learn words
* learn rules
* read something
skipping these first parts are bad

Ved Odins skæg - stærkt!

So Poles are fluent because they spend too much time online?

I am able to into English pretty damn near perfect.

Come @ me. I will take all challengers.

im not talking about a Sup Forums user that is the same in every country but an average Janusz and Grażyna

Please? I really, really want everyone to think I'm cool.

They still speak a language that's far removed from English, though, so it's impressive.

>being proud of ranking high on a cuck proficiency.

I have heard that your TV shows are dubbed, is this correct?

Yes, all of them, but I think this is common in most of Europe

Not here at least, we have subtitles. Maybe other parts of Europe are different, though
