0/10
7700k
Wait for Ryzen 5. It's literally less than ten fucking days away.
4 cores and 8 threads with a strong stock cooler can be had for a mere $190 (R5 1500x).
Amd waitfags get btfo every single time since bulldozer, don't trust them
AMD doesn't just have a lot of cores this time. They're strong ones too. They learned their lesson. It looks like Intel's fucking up though.
better yet wait for coffeelake's 6c/12t i7 to btfo all poozen shit
Isn't that delayed into --never--
for a retard suffering from hydrocephalus and lacks time perception, it might as well be never
for normal functioning people they're going to have to wait till 2H 2017
5 shekels were deposited into your account
Yet Intel waitfags get btfo every single time since Ivy Bridge. So who do we trust?
> Supporting the forced Wangblows 10 jew
no thanks
Retard shill spotted. The 6c/12t won't arrive until 2018 and will be an underclocked, overpriced housefire.
Yes. Why would I wait if I want a computer now.
I hate W10 too but if you want to de-botnet it then
use the LTSB variant and do some fixes with it (forgot which ones/how-to).
In fact, you can get the R7 1700 right now if you want.
But your post is bait so who cares, NEET.
>using windows
That sounds like your own problem senpai
what anime is that
I think that's a ship from Kancolle, but I'm not sure.

that should have been
What's better to get with the 1080ti:
7700k or 6900k?
that piece of shit meme processor, try harder nigger.
Ryzen shits all over Intel's offerings, you dumb ass.
>Coffee Delayke
lmao
only when you look at more cores than what intel is offering.
Intel still offers the stronger per core at least with today's memory compatibility and bioses.
I wouldn't get anything less then a 6 core amd, but then again i wouldn't consider anything intel either. as their single core performance doesnt justify the price hike.
6900k is obsolete thanks to ryzen, so not that
7950X
next quarter
$2995
Pretty much this. Ever since Intel released the Core 2 processors, AMD has just been falling further and further behind.
This was from my stock 6700k.
Vishera was OK. Of course, modern i7s are stronger, but no way you can buy anything more powerful than 8300 for $100.
true... until ryzen was released. the cpus are fucking assfucking intel.
...
>he forgot about ivy-bridge to kabylake
720p and it's only getting 65fps in Civ 6 yet it gets 200fps in Siege?? Where did this benchmark come from?
My adblock was actually removing the benchmarks, think about that.

Mine removed the video, but all the benchmarks are there?
Well, don't worry you're not missing much. Just the 7700k blowing out the 1700x in multiple production suites.
It's like you blatantly ignored the fact that the 6900k is beaten by the 7700k
and the 6900k, a 1000 USD CPU, is being beaten by the 350 USD 7700k.
So why then does the 6900k exist?
You can get more CPU power (plus other components) for less than half of the price. But for example for gaming, you cant buy some 2x xeon server build and expect good results. So just fucking flip coin and see what to buy.
(You)
No idea. People who review them usually use them for streaming/gaming rigs.
Intel fanboy here but kek'd so hard
Why is Ryzen 7 priced so high ? I don't get it, AMD always has been for the poorfags, what are they trying to do ? Outjew their customers ? It's retarded, they should have priced it at FX's price. It would have been WAY MORE competitive and it would be at the right price for perf, now it's just complete shit MUH CORES.
>Why is Ryzen 7 priced so high
because the 6c/12t is where it's at
Literally only 220 USD
That smashes the teeth in on the 6850k and the i5 7600k all the more.
If you want to, sure?
You'll need better cooling to reach 4.8Ghz than you need to hit 4.0 with the 1600X, though. Bare that cost in mind.
It's up to you. You should know by now if Ryzen 5 is what you want or not without having to ask retards and shills on Sup Forums.
You didn't even say what your use case is so you're obviously just baiting.
>delidlake
no.
5 REASONS INTEL IS BETTER
1. High performance overclocking
2. The best for games and high framrateas
3. HAS GPU INCLUDED
4. Intel is a old but realy impresive company with long history and EXPERIENCE
5. EVERYONE uses Intel, nobody I know USES AMD it's not popular at ALL
yes die amd DIE
>High performance overclocking
good luck, pic related
>Intel
>the company which fired fucking VALIDATION TEAMS to 'compete' with ARM
>expirience
Audible kek.
I don't read russian
truth is all professional gamers use intel so you lose hahaha
>professional
>gamers
>MOM, GET THE CAMERA!
also
>I dont read russian
You mean you can't even read numbers? Is it that hard for you? Are you that illiterate?
>Coffee Delayke
Why the hell do you expect better in Civ6?
It's highly single threaded. Just getting 60+ is good.
And Siege, like most Ubisoft games, is extremely well threaded.
yea, broadwell is nice and all, but there is a what 1-5% uptick though ipc in skylake (1 being worst and 5 being best case scenario) along with a 4.8ghz oc, up to 5ghz delidded or golden sample, and up 5.2+ delidded and golden sample.
but if we are just talking mainstream intel, intels per core offerings are better then amd, amd only pulls ahead once you go passed 4 cores, as you can offload background processes meaning the cpu is actually 4 cores and only the game is running on them, apposed to intels 4 cores but everything is running on them.
AMD's SMT is better, so they can win in multithreaded scenarios core-for-core instead of having more cores in many cases.
So much so that their 8 core is roughly equal to Intel's 10 core over all.
Which does not bode well for Skylake-X 10 7950X core going up against a 16 core HEDT 180W TDP Ryzen 1950X.
Even if the 7950X has 10% higher IPC(it won't) and 10% higher clocks than the 6950X, the 1950X is going to be at least 50% faster on the workloads people actually buy a CPU like that for.
Top is Megahertz, left is voltage.
You're welcome.
>waiting for the r5s
Now that's just stupid.
youtube.com
They will be literally worse than a low end i5.
>shilling this hard
It's like someone is paying you
Did you even watch the video? Ryzen is hardly a good choice for gamers.
>Tom's Jews
Stop promoting your youtube channel.
No one wants to watch an uninformed shill.
Ryzen
>he said, all the while ignoring the stutter
>waiting for the hyber bibeline housefire
>everyone who doesn't AMD's cock is uniformed
>everybody uses shit therefore i need to use shit
sheep mentality at its best
Enjoy your jumps from very high FPS to very low FPS which statistically increases the averages for Intel.
Meanwhile let AMD owners enjoy the buttery smooth consistent FPS.
I would love to build a PC with Ryzen, but when are they going to get any good mobos at sizes below ATX? That's literally all that's holding me back from building a new PC with Ryzen. No mini ITX boards and the mATX boards I've seen have shitty I/O.
>consistent 50fps avg vs 100 fps avg with a few low frames every now and then
Hmm I wonder which is better.
>implying the difference is 50%
The highest difference between Ryzen and the i5/i7 processors wasn't more than 10% in average.
>there is a 100% difference in averages

Yes. There's tons of good mATX boards.
Why are you asking without bothering to simply look at them? It would take less time than waiting for this response.
50 percent from the highest to the lowest
100 percent from the lowest to highest
In case anyone was too retarded to math.
You'd have to be retarded to buy skylake now.
It's not even 1600x, this one got 400 Mhz clock deficiency.
Also it's on 2400 RAM due to MSI incompetence. Avoid MSi boards.
>not including the 7600k and 7500
What is up with these shill fuck reviewers that only compare it to Intel's best and not what is more similar in price?
You realize it doesn't include minimums? and if anything we know that minimums on every CPU with more than 4 cores are better.
Then there is 2400 RAM(MSI Titanium most expensive board on market now you would expect something working) and it's not even 4.0 Ghz variant they tested.
This kind of gaming performance for $230 is pretty good.
4.0Ghz of same cores for $250 is even better.
>spic source
People don't realize there delidlakes @ 5ghz are literal suicide runs.
What's up Warhammer and Ryzen? Even after the latest patch it still performs like shit. I thought it was an AMD sponsored game?
Not to mention they've voided the warranty to do so.
DX12 Nvidia drivers.
"""""professional tech reviewers""" that don't think to try the R9 Fury instead with Ryzen.
They were at an AMD event recently talking about how they've managed to unfuck their engine a bit
Pic is their old engine drawing frame with 25000 instances in 13.5ms
Nice meme
New engine with 125000 instances in 9.5ms
I don't believe these changes have been implemented yet, maybe with the new game they will
I doubt the shills would be able to evade the issue once it launches next week. With the i5s being clocked that much lower I'd expect the Ryzen 5 to look pretty good against them.
Yuki a cute.
the 6700 is worth about 20-30$ considering they Invented the NSA spying technology best known as "Theft Protection"
80-90$ if You dont care.
Go for something without theft protection or something without a BIOS serial number.
Is Ryzen also compromized?
whao. An actual profiler shot.
Everything is a botnet. Unplug your internet cable.
>Is Ryzen also compromized?
I think AMD is part of the program, yes.
I have a 6700k and wish I could have waited. Bought it last February though.
>the 6700 is worth about 20-30$ considering they Invented the NSA spying technology best known as "Theft Protection"
Huh? The DRM stuff in Kabylake doesn't stop you from stealing, afaik.
And the 6700 is lower clocks which is a bit of a deal when it can't be overclocked.
And yes, it looks like AMD has similar shit going on.
The claim is that it's something needed for security for government and enterprise. But there's no option to disable it for consumer? So...
6700k is fine. At least you're not one of those morons that got an i5 that's already been quickly becoming obsolete.
>6700k is fine. At least you're not one of those morons that got an i5 that's already been quickly becoming obsolete.
Yeah it is, I'm very satisfied but once I start graduate studies I'm sure I'll be using some heavy software and multitask a lot so a 6c12t chip would struggle less I reckon. At least the clockspeed is pretty high and nowhere near saturation on anything yet. I can have it stable on 4.6 @1.28. Eh.
Never forget
only a week to wait, if nothing else it might bring prices down a tad.
