This

this is a good one

I was going to call you out for being a cheap piece of shit, because I figured a font couldn't possibly cost more than $20. This trash is $600?

200$

Fuck is that shit? Looks like somebody fucked with Fira Code (which is based).

anyone knows the name of the font where the brackets{} are shaped like a batarang?

the font used on css-tricks code part

those ligatures look retarded, do people actually use those

>Fira
Works only in shit terminals right?

If only there was a way to inspect which font is used on a website.

nope, It works in all of most popular editors too (not including sublime text)

I'd been searching for this forever, nothing on trackers

There's a version on github right? What's wrong with it?

How can you use anything else other than Inconsolata?

which one?

Here's a little trick I use for typefaces.

>Go to google
>Search for font
>Include site:github in the search
>filetype: ttf/otf
Bam, unprotected github repos filled with expensive fonts.

github.com/jmberros/dotfiles/tree/master/.fonts

I work in /gd/ and I like to test typefaces before buying them (or offsetting the cost to the client)

>that =/=
fuck no

You da real mvp

there is only otf, how can I use it?

>Click on the file
>View RAW
>Download OTF
I don't think there's a way to bulk download them by default on github.

Thanks for the tip!

Doesnt work for VSCode :(

What do you mean?
Works on my machine senpai.

>vim

compare 's' and 'r' with OPs image

Then either:
A) It's not Operator Mono
B) It's a different weight than I'm using (Medium)
C) OP's font uses ligature settings that vscode doesn't support

We don't all have degrees in computer science... or a function keys

Can't ever get it to look right. The sizing is off. It's way smaller than other fonts and at larger sizes the spacing looks wrong.

> Code examples
> Ruby, JavaScript, Erlang, Elixir, Go, LiveScript, Clojure
> no other languages

fucking mozilla hipsters kys

>ligatures
haha no

Do you have a mouse you fucking mongoloid?

Thank you. I have contacted the creator of this font so that he can contact github and the problem can be corrected.

>mac
>web """developer"""
>Microsoft Visual Studio Code

I want redditors off my site please.

If it was ONLY the L that was cursive, that would actually be kind of nice. Cursive L would be nice to be easily identifiable from 1 and capital i

Good for you, no one cares.

>Mac
Sperg alert code red, I do design/UX/dev not web dev exclusively, so I use a Mac.

>web """developer"""
See above

>Microsoft Visual Studio Code
Not my regular IDE, I use Visual Studio Community as our current project runs on .NET/Azure

I want autists off my site please.

I was being ironical but reading this response I realized you are actually a reddit user. You probably have more than one account. What the fuck is wrong with you?

>sperg alert
>ux
>dev
>Mac
>IDE
>.net and fucking azure

My god...

>.net and fucking azure
When you work in the real world with real code rather than compiling linux distros in your mother's basement for tendies you'll realise you need to work within the limitations of the project, be it hardware or software.

Are you calling me a normie for using hardware I didn't buy for a project I didn't start, using technologies I didn't pick?

draw your own version

Easy lead?

>css-tricks code
I believe it is operator mono
