I'm an aspiring programmer, I already learned some Python and i think i have the basics fully understood.
I recently found out that the field that most interests me in programming it's the Artificial Intelligence, I know it's a pretty hard objective to be had when I'm just starting out, but that's what i want.
I was wondering if anyone here could offer me some guidance, I can't just pick up any AI book because it's too advanced and i end up not understanding anything.
What do you guys reccomend to learn this? Should I keep going with Python 3? I've read some things about starting out with bots for games, but I don't know how to do even that.

Anyone here read this book? Is it good?
Adam Price
look for free courses or material from MIT in US or Open University in UK (or Cranfield University)
Not difficult at all, have been doing AI and neural networks for a while.

I know, man, I don't even browser Sup Forums but Sup Forums fucked me
Nice, anything I should know? How hard is math?
Anthony Sanchez
it assumes you have 0 knowledge of math

Austin Nelson
this is bullshit.
MIT assumes at least calculus and some stats knowledge for their machine learning and AI courses.
Gabriel Richardson
He's referring to the book though, user

it's a pro if OP is an aspiring programmer, assuming he has not too much knowledge about math

Hey dude, check out this book. It's for intermediate programmers (I guess all it means is that they don't teach you the basics, but stuff is still pretty easy. Not for beginners though), they have about 15 different, independent projects covering a wide range of topics. I don't think there's any in AI, but still, it's good practice, it'll help you get to the next level, and maybe you'll find something else to interest you.
Awesome, thank you a lot user, actually been looking for a way to improve my programming knowledge, I'm definitely gonna read this after I finish the Neural Networks one posted above.
