What's the actual difference between IT and CS in the USA? In Finland IT and CS are used pretty much interchangeably with the only difference being that IT focuses more on things like embedded devices, signal processing, and machine learningm and people with a masters in IT make more money than people with a masters in CS. Note that almost nobody has just a bachelors here.

in Iceland IT is only used by fancy "tech" companies...

haven't had an internship yet and haven't really been hunting for jobs either
should i just kms or is there hope of me finding a job after i get out (late)?

If the college you went to is a good one, you can at least land a job in your state without much difficulty. No promise of a 6 figure salary or anything like working at meme companies like Google, but it's something.
Otherwise, try to learn as much as you can about particular programming languages and stick to them, be prepared for interviews.
