Why are people so afraid of RFID implants? Everywhere i go to read about them has people saying its the "Mark of the Beast" or that Satan is going to use it to steal your soul or how the gubment is going to use it to track you or some shit.
Nothing to hide Nothing to fear Get a RFID Chip In the rear
Connor Walker
Having your hand be your house key sounds pretty useful to me.
Landon Evans
What do they do?
Jack Clark
The last step in the botnet, gives government and Google&friends full control and info of your life.
James Hill
Sounds great until Jamal cuts your hand off.
Logan Gonzalez
I see no advantage in getting one, especially if I can never take it out "legally."
Dominic Thomas
It's too invasive. That's why it never caught on in the first place. Stallman was right, Jones was wrong. Smartphones with nonfree software and DRM are worse than we ever could've imagined.
David Miller
It's useless user. I've read about people using fucking NFC implants, which at some degree are less useless than RFID ones and you can use them along a lot of normie tech besides home automation. Still fucking useless because having an NFC tag with you in your keychain or any other stuff you carry around has the same functionality. RFID is worse because it can actually be tracked and you would never know. There's zero upsides to have an implant. I get that there's people interested in actually using this to simplify some stuff on their lives but with todays technology they still are cumbersome. OP pic is proof. Having to cut your skin to put that shit that you will feel there and the fact that you have to cut your skin again to take it out if anything goes wrong, it's stupid.
You can use a fingerprint reader to do the same, no need to wear any implant and pretty much has the same problems. That password you can't change ever and can get compromised.
Jason Ortiz
I burn off my finger prints biweekly.
Gabriel Hernandez
Why would anyone want an RFID implant in the first place?
What fucking good will that do? You'll have an abnormal, swollen bump under your skin for what? Pay for groceries or open a door?
Nathan Edwards
I want one. What the fuck is the government going to do with it anyway?
Gabriel Harris
Fingerprint scanner Smart key like most modern cars Code Fucking keys
Hudson Thompson
technology is bad fire is scary and thomas edison was a witch
Zachary Flores
But anyone could clone it or track you with it
Jace Wood
They are going to be able to track you from space kiddo, that's what they are gonna do.
Wyatt Johnson
I wouldnt mind getting one. But...
Henry Morales
What the fuck kind of bullshit subversion is going on ITT? FUCK OFF ROCKEFELLER
Oliver Morgan
Because keys are such an inconvenience... There's no need to reinvent the wheel. I'm so sick of these stupid "innovations." DUDE YOU CAN TURN ON YOUR LIGHTS WITH YOUR VOICE LMAO *police department uses recorded audio in a case*
Levi Perez
Kill yourself, you dumb fucking shit stain.
Caleb Anderson
They'll know you are a degenerate manchildren that watches anime and caps to tranny porn.
Daniel Fisher
All Jamal needs to do to steal your identity is a android phone with a nfc chip and some technical skills.
Liam Ward
I only have two front pockets for daily storage, one is taken up by my phone and if i can empty my other pocket id be happy.
Mason Thompson
>jamal >technical skills. so we are safe then.
Daniel Anderson
>Ayy yo mane lemme hold yo hand for a sec.
Brayden Mitchell
>please just go ahead and fuck my shit up
Blake Jackson
If it's that black and white, you're probably already there with how common bump knowledge and keys have become.
Jack Allen
I wish you weren't lying through your teeth.
Ethan Perez
>people saying its the "Mark of the Beast" it is
Xavier Watson
Call me a conspiritard, but I'm sure that the "nothing to hide, nothing to fear" line was a government manufactured meme.
And "freedom of speech doesn't protect you from any actions taken because of that speech" which sounds like something the Stasi would say as they drag you from your bed at two in the morning.
Adam Bennett
Or you could go and buy clothes that fits your needs.
James Campbell
What's the point? You know it has all the security failings of an RFID card?
Jacob Sanchez
...
Julian Roberts
Practical garments mean autism today, huh?
Jack Wright
>Calling people autistic become they have back pockets
Ayden Howard
>wearing clothes at all
Do you faggots leave your basements or something?
Nolan Jones
You don't need to be a conspiracy theorist to be wary of government power, pick up a history book.
Jason Hall
What does this have to do with the government?
Lincoln Ross
My FWB has a implanon and it fucking grosses me out when I accidentally touch it.
Ryan Morales
This is so fucking retarded.
Nicholas Nguyen
>voluntarily joining the ultimate botnet
Henry Jenkins
knowledge is power dumbass. >knowing where everyone is, knowing what their doing by detecting hormonal/oxygen levels
if you're so keen to having something put inside you, i suggest testing with a really small dildo instead of surgical implants. fucking faggot.
Anthony Collins
Thats retarded, you're retarded. Its an RDIF chip, not a GPS tracker. How do you expect to expect to get all of that into something this small and be able to collect data from more than a centimeter away?
Brody Morris
>putting technology INSIDE yourself >technology that can break >technology that will deprecate >technology that will advance to at least the point you won't have a fucking rice sized piece of shit in your arm
Blake Clark
>what are phones literally the whole selling point of this shit is to identify individuals and detect hormonal levels or vitals. bullshit like removal of your keychain was just a bonus
i really can't wait for nanomachines. imagine being able to counter any poison, deliver drugs to individual cells, literally cure any and every known illness. all of my want.
Adrian Williams
>literally the whole selling point of this shit is to identify individuals and detect hormonal levels or vitals. Literally where? There may be some implants that can do that but these are only really good for passwords and door codes.
Carter Murphy
might as well just put a barcode on my head while i'm at it
Brayden Gutierrez
why get an RFID implant when you can have a RFID ring
jesus
Sebastian Thompson
A ring is just another thing to keep track of.
Zachary Nelson
Underrated
Benjamin Murphy
sweden, switzerland some blond libtard filled shithole of a eurocuck coutnry.
I'd consider one if they were at all useful. Hell, I'd purchase an entire replacement body if it were feasible.
Caleb Sanchez
yup. end times are near
a wave of false prophet worshippers (muzzies maybe?) was also another sign of the incoming judgementday hope your anus is ready
Grayson Rogers
Get the fuck out with your "sky is falling" bullshit.
Jack Cooper
>I am so important that the universe must be ending NOW, when I am alive. I am this important. God bless me.
Isaac Martin
>or how the gubment is going to use it to track you or some shit This is the reality though, of course they're going to do so if at all possible.
Jackson Gonzalez
You have equal chance it being now than ever. If we were born out of such an incomprehensibly small possiblity why is this so hard to believe?
Cameron Adams
Because even if you are going to choose to believe in the infinitely small chance that god is real, AND in the infinitely small chance that the bible is correct, there is yet another infinitely small chance that it's going to happen during your lifetime. It would be more likely for all of the molecules in my body to vibrate upwards at the same time, chucking me into the stratosphere, or for the Higgs Boson to drop to a lower energy level.
Isaac Gray
good goy
Luke Sanders
I don't see the point of putting it in your body. I'd rather have some kind of fake finger nail that did the same thing. Easy to replace.
Liam Nelson
...
Jordan Smith
>universe i'll be happy with just our species tbqh senpai no where did i say the sky is falling.
just that this shit was prophisized millenia ago, along with a couple other things currently happening around the world these days.
Charles Scott
>infinitely >higgs boson stop using words you don't know the meaning of pls. sure god is fake and gay and all that jazz, but you're a fucking retard and this needs to be addressed promptly.
Isaac Martinez
Of course not literally infinitely. I'm writing a comment on Sup Forums, not a dissertation.
And no, my Higgs Boson comment was on-point. Look up "False Vacuum"
Adam Reyes
I don't want one. I gave in to the smartphone meme, because it has a big appeal to an autist like me: i can browse my phone in public to look less awkward. A chip transplanted into my hand wouldn't have a benefit like that.
>>Ayy yo mane lemme hold yo hand for a sec. Sounds like sarcasm, but is actually a reality. We are currently experiencing a problem in Germany. The refugees often do something called Antanzen (literally: waltz in, dance in). They come close to you under some pretense, usually when you're drunk, or when you're dancing. And then they steal your wallet or phone without you realizing it. It wouldn't take much to scan your hand with an object for a second.
Jonathan Martinez
this reminds me of the movie kingsmen
some sick sick bastard is going to use these things to make a bunch of retarded cucks who buy into the retarded marketing tactics used today. and blow their heads/limbs wahtever off with it, then demand a shitton of ransom or else they'll continue with this shit... people even do this shit to pizza delivery guys. literally rigged a bomb to a collar and locked it around some poor bastards neck. cops ended up even blaming the victim for the whole thing. such a worthless fucking world we live in.
now imagine this >some radical islamic fuck decides to put any number of deadly illnesses in one of these >hands out the bad ones to only x group of his disliking >it breaks, you're poisend byebye >it breaks, you're infected and infect countless people before you go byebye >your life is all catalogged and big gobbermint uses it to fuk you while you sleep >simply brushing against someone now puts you at risk of having your house keys, car keys, your medical history and your bank account all stolen all at once wew what a wonderful piece of technology, where do i sign up to not only enable psycopaths and sick sacks of shit to continue having so much motherfucking power on this gay fucking earth?
Luis Murphy
Like they couldn't guess before. The halftime to becoming a trapfag is 1 Year on Sup Forums, 2 months on Sup Forums, 1 month on /gif/ and 1 minute on /cm/.
Christian Taylor
>all of my want
spoken like a true millennial dipshit. neck yourself
Jayden Butler
I wouldn't but, it'll probably mandatory to have something like that implanted in the future.
Daniel Evans
>Its an RDIF chip, not a GPS tracker. I thought this thing got enough power to answer a signal in short range? Just plant transmitters everywhere and here you go, you see all the people.
Adrian Jackson
>put electronics inside your body that can be energised by malicious actors
For what purpose????
Sebastian Barnes
No it won't. Everyone already has a smartphone
Leo Hall
Why would you want one in the first place? It offers no benefit to you, only to the government and marketers. Why would you willingly undergo a surgical implant for something that only benefits other groups that are working against your personal interests?
Cooper Cooper
>detect hormonal levels
Normal people don't need to check their "hormonal levels".
Oliver Wood
>currently As if it wasn't the norm in Germany already 30 years ago when ossies and turks did it.
Henry Rogers
sounds great, until - you change your house - you want to lend your key to family - someone intercepts your key - see or otherwise read out - see - medical complications - see or at least putting it into your skin
Caleb Perez
>Would you get one? The second some dipshit scans the thing and runs off to the nearest rzn hax0r site, I'm going to have to jump through a shitload of hoops with the hosting company and get the device changed. Then chip swap surgery is going to be $1200 + tax + tip + pepperoni because of burgerland health insurance antics and the anesthesiology cartel's ability to buttfuck said insurance companies. That or I can be a responsible adult and walk around with a keyfob in a fucking RFID shield and chuck the thing in the trash whenever it gets compromised.
The kind of tracking these chips provide don't benefit me as a person, consumer, or any other practical societal role for that matter. They just give oppressive gov't, data mongers, and bad actors in the insurance world. If I need such a high level of internal monitoring, I'm going to be strapped in at a medical facility regardless.
I'm still surprised as a society that we keep getting roasted by social media, shit digital security, and people are ready to jump feet first into hazards like this.
