Is this even Sup Forums related? /3dcg/ is tooooo slow
Shit is an absolute meme. The code is so trash it makes me laugh that people pay thousands for it.

I can't believe it either, I'm fixing some intern website and holy shit is it awful. All the other pages are written in the standard asp.net form while this one is completely written on javascript fucking christ, how could anyone allow this

>26 >bi analyst >8/10 >earn more, work less
The biggest downside is the company I work for which is unorganized as crap, i.e. no work for two weeks than suddenly a 70h week because everybody needs something

Sysadmin is the comfiest job in tech.

Jayden Ross
totally depends on the organization...
sysadmin 1 here works at his old high school (aka likely comfy as fuck), and is probably the top-tech-guy in the place, used to being regarded as a savior, genius, etc.
sysadmin 2 is probably in an exploitative or at least very demanding environment, probably around tech people who are superior in status / knowledge, thus is an underling, etc.
you really have to look at all factors.

I work on the meme project at my company. It's hyped all to hell and back, but there are some problems with a couple vendor components that make it unsellable right now.

Pretty fun, good exp with a lot of diff networks, businesses and hardware. Pay is borderline livable in my area.
But its mt first real IT job and im still finishing school while working, so the exp. Is worth it over pay

Friend opened software company and it's just me and him. I make enough money to save a ton and it's a fucking blast working with a close friend on badass software.

>24 >desktop support >5/10, get paid too much but it's boring work and I'm stagnating >a server engineer role
Had an interview yesterday that I fucking bombed. Didn't know half of the shit they wanted; STP, how AD replication works, ntfs move vs copy, was a shitshow.
I can't get a server role because I don't have the experience. I need a server role to get the experience. On and on when will this ride stop spooky skeleton?
I wish that I didn't have to take so many classes next semester. It's about a 30 minute drive to work and I don't have much time left when I get home. Everything else is great about the job can't wait till summer to start working more hours.
