Huh? The icon is bigger. You can tell because the padding between the icon and the yellow line is smaller than the padding between the shield icon and the red line.

the thing is, every icon in systray have the same padding
but that padding is different from the other icons
ie: virtual keyboard, language, ink workspace
to check it out for yourself, just enable any of those
it is pretty decent

no, no scaling, I figured the problem is caused by extending to another monitor which is orientated vertically
so two 1920x1080 monitors, one is vertical
I have no solution though, I just noticed the problem goes away when disabling the vertical monitor
Try using the GPU tool to mess the monitors instead on Windows... IDK weird problem
