That looks better suited for some soldering and electronic repair stuff

No, it looks really nice. And it's sure durable, which is a huge plus

How is it perfect though

probably because it fills all his needs

This is almost the exact same one I have

Horrible taste though

This is almost the exact same one I have

this is the best desk in this thread. "computer desks" are too small or have things that i dont need.

That has got to be the most tacky room I've ever seen

What Ikea desks are nice? Need to get a wooden desk that doesn't break the bank

>tfw nothing but shitty 35 inch desks at my local stores
>tfw no ikea for 100 miles

gerton is wood and an alright size

do normies really buy those tiny desks? all other stores have only those tiny shits that will break if you put over 20kg things on it.

>be poorfag
>buy linmon/adils desk from ikea
>it's literally perfect

WE WUZ ROMANS AND SHIIIIET

Thank you

...

they must be if stores are stocking them i guess, maybe laptop users?

i need at least 60 inches, preferably 72, I just got too much shit I need on my desk

god I know. you go to some normie place like staples and the desks give you autism immediately. cheap cardboard shit for your "home office"

Literally perfect

Legend has it that the photo was taken with a 4 year old smartphone camera

Literally perfect.

is this the pinnacle of consumerist, mass produced faux modernism?

>non-proprietary desk for our commie loonix friend

...

This, custom made is da best

I designed one the other day in sketchup. Looking for some carpenter to make it.

...

18th century called

Three or four feet deep and six feet wide. Independently adjustable legs and a padded rail running the entire length right at the edge closest to my body. That way I can sit in a semi-reclined position with the desk tilted toward me like a drafting table. Rail keeps anything from sliding off while also doubling as a wrist pad for typing. Plenty of room for peripherals and stuff to share.

bruh, is that real stone?

Looks uncomfortable as fuck

>Ergonomic rounded middle for maximum reach all around you
>Plenty of usable space
>Good ergonomics
>Adjustable height, can even become a standing desk, crank or electric
>No legs in the way
>Modular
>Cheap
>IKEA hacks compatible
>Color options
>Cable management accessories

Uncomfortable in what way compared to any other table?

I like my desk.

Not height adjustable

So we have a tacky samurai-wannabe, roman-wannabe neckbeard, all in the same person. I'd give you a medal dude.

Too round, weird layout, weird and useless features

Yeah, we can't see shit

I can't see it because of your glowing toys

what lol

I dont even know what faux modernism even means, its just looks like a pretty functional, clean design. And basically everything today is mass produced consumerism by definition, businesses need to make money.

Sure you can get a desk painstakingly aged and hand carved by some japanese artisan, but its going to cost you like 4x as much up to $10k if you want. "mass produced consumerism" is going to look nicer than quickly made handmade stuff, if you want high quality craftsmanship you're going to pay out the ass. Which isn't a bad thing, they deserve to get paid for their time, but not everyone wants or can afford that

>Corsair meme

...

Perfection

Heck worse than Razer there's only Corsair. This guy probably is the rich doritos eating MLG gayming enthusiast

... where can you actually buy one of those tables?

all jokes aside, if it is real stone, it will stay very cool; so not a bad thing for a computer table.

>What Ikea desks are nice?

NONE of them. They use a honeycomb papermesh inside. They break in a few years.

They sell some solid core. It's stupidly expensive versus visiting a local lumber yard though.

Not the ones that are actually made of wood

>Too round
The edges are optional, you can see the seam. The middle round part is ergonomic as fuck.
>Weird layout
90 degree turn in a corner is a weird layout?
>useless features
Adjustable height is useless? What if it doesn't fit your sitting position from out of the box?

You sound like someone arguing with feelings.

>implying

still have 5 year old corsair ram that's running like a champ, and the Vengeance LPX 3200/Strafe cherry are working perfectly on my newest setup.

>RAM
>5 Yrs
Heck even chink RAM lasted me 10 years or longer, it would be even more of a meme if it was already broken for what you paid it.

>Corsair cherry
Everybody knows they're a meme, for God's sake. But people like you who only buys big brands' mkb's when Ducky or KBP do equivalent or better products perhaps deserves to be memed.

mah setup

horrible-taste: the room

>still have 5 year old corsair ram that's running like a champ
whoaaa impressive, my ram lasts for 7 years, but I use my computer on weekends

Does RAM actually wear out? Never heard of anyone who had his one break unless they had serious damages to the whole PC (like when a friend of mine, with Corsair RAMs, had problems to his electrical supply which destroyed his PC)

I've ordered some dead on arrival sticks before, but never actually had a stick die

that keyboard is fucking atrocious what the fuck

Isn't this Chandlers office?

>roman desk
>samurai decor
>ikea drawer
>cubicle walls

This room perfectly represents the windows 10 UI design strategy.

Its great for your hands, better try it before saying its bad

...

>there are people that seriously think that things made of particle board or a mix of paper and particle board are decent
Jesus fuck, save yourselves some damn money and get a real desk made from real wood and for the love of god take care of it.

It is like you people dont want things to last and instead are fine just buying a new one every few years because you never figured out buy once cry once.

Patrician taste, user.

what's his endgame?

Legs are too close to the middle, but the idea is perfection.

claustrophobic af

>borrow neighbor's front door
>remove hinges and door knob/lock assembly
>mount on top of two stacks of milk crates
There, you've got a table with a built in cable hole for your monitor and peripherals that can support the weight and size of up to three monitors for almost nothing.

This is the kind of setup a pimp thinks is classy.

>borrow neighbor's front door
give it back Jamal

mfw i was the only one to immediately recognise it

>Not have a standing desk
What are you poor and fat?

Why have keyboard trays gone extinct?

...

shits unergonomic as fuck

does it roll around? is it also a toilet/bed?

...

IKEA Jerker is top tier for poorfag, but pic related is best desk.

is it viable to build your own desk tbqh

some 2x4s, sheet of plywood, screws, probably $20

That's way more than $20. Start with an old door.

Anyone have this desk?

autonomous.ai/smartdesk-sit-to-stand-height-adjustable-standing-desk

Am I being scammed if I buy this?

cop or nah?

That looks terrible. And why does one part have wheels??

hello, the 90s called

it's a folding desk
costs £75

Would 4 legs be sufficient support for this though?

should have just posted this one

headphone stands may be the epitome of autism

terrible. shoot yourself.

Don't buy this piece of shit user it's the worst crap you'll ever buy, damn I remember the days I had this shit and I my rage intensifies

what's the problem? too uncomfortable? too claustrophobic?

>Go to hardware store, buy solid core wood door
>Go to IKEA, buy table legs
Getting the parts will literally take longer than building it, and it'll last more or less forever.

Or even get a door on craigslist/free.

this really just works no bullshit

Possible, but you might wind up wasting time on someone who doesn't know or care whether it's solid or hollow core.

love it so far. wide as hell and nice storage.

im guessing you can't screw into hollow cores? so it has to be a solid core?

If you screw into a hollow object, only the threads which touch the thin shell of the object will "bite." The rest of the screw is just floating in air.
