Yes.

Maybe
have you tried renaming it as a .zip file and extracting itself?
yeah but the extension stays the same
Install binwalk. If you want to do it manually, learn about file signatures and get a hex editor. Copy and paste the hex and save as a new file.
Can it actually detect this stuff?
The answer is no.
>small resolution picture
Among other checks, the 4chans also compare the image dimensions to the filesize to find embedded content. Tiny images often trigger this, despite not containing anything.
Maybe
steganography

Way back in time there were guides to do exactly what you're asking op. On Sup Forums and Sup Forums there were threads dedicated to sharing books. It was cash. Then moot fucked it.
can I get a source on that? I have a lot of pictures of sinks I've been collecting over the years and a few of them are in fact low-res.
>pictures of sinks I've been collecting over the years
there doesnt seem to be a written source of it(for obv reasons). post SCREENSHOT of one of the low res high size ones

>what is bad parenting the comic.
I thought mootle implemented automatic filtering for embedded zip files on pictures. It was supposed to be one of those things to reduce the change of getting FBI'd.
I wonder if she's still sucking dick
yea, you can just cat an archive to the end of an image anymore
but you can still encode arbitrary files as pixel data in png/gif though, as they're lossless formats
The Ouya has been dead for a good, long while now. If anything, it will serve as hard proof that you can't run a sustainable business on a tip-jar model.
I stand corrected.
>yea, you can just cat an archive to the end of an image anymore
can't*
