Linux doesn't have file previews
Nice thread.
>KDE
Not nice thread.
>KDE
Is kde good again? 3.5 was great. Then 4.x happened and gnome 2 was the best. Gnome 3 and unity are shit so I switched to Cinnamon.
> a kernel doesn't offer file previews
really joggins the noggins
Unity offers file preview
GNOME offers file preview
Fuck, even XFCE and LXDE offer file preview.
This thread is really dumb!
>imagine a world where there's only one Linux DE and everyone helped make it the best
>imagine an open sores developer who actually wanted to help make an existing project better rather than fork it, slap some absolutely even more retarded name on it and plaster his own personal brand of faggotry all over it
>free gay porn
HAHA GOTCHA!
You thought that leaving that tab open would pass by without anyone noticing?
NOT ON MY WATCH
Care to explain what you don't like about plasma? Seems pretty good to me. Or is just false flagging?
It is different.
KDE5 removed a lot of the features that didn't work properly in KDE4.
I never used 3.5, back then it was too resource heavy for me but maybe that was because I was new to gnu/linux.
What's wrong with KDE? Sure usually distros that use KDE are little bloated and the default look is little off but I still think it's one of the better ones.
I really like it. It has this warm Windows 7 feel in it. You should try it.
They've been living under a rock and don't know that KDE is now short for "King of Desktop Environments."
>gnom
how? i mean previes for many files at the same time not a sidebar with preview
>KDE
go back to >>>/reddit/
>Linux has file previews
just zoom in faggot.
It isn't that hard
>Linux does have file previews
oh god that font sucks ass
Eh it works
>KDE
>linux
Why would a kernel give you file previews?
Your issue if with whatever file manager software you use.
>What's wrong with KDE?
Nothing really. Is gret and is improving every realease. But is still very unpolished and unfinished.
Just imagine if a major distro like ubuntu or fedora hoose kde instead of gnome how far plasma would go with the huge user base and devs.
Is gtk doomed to have a shit file picker for all eternity?
