We used to be part (along with Panama) called Gran Colombia. Ecuador's falag has the coat of arms in it, Venezuela's has stars and Colombia's has nothing. Also, In Colombia's and Ecuador´s the yellow band is bigger than the other two, while in Vnezuela's they are all of the same size
