He doesn't use the two must have of browser extensions

Why would I use NoScript when uBlock and uMatrix together accomplish the same thing but better?

missing requestpolicy

...

>still using noscript when umatrix exists

...

>use noscript
>visit site
>nothing is working
>check blocked scripts
>there are hundreds
>say fuck it and just temporarily allow all of them
>site is still broken
>a hundred more blocked scripts appear
>allow them as well
>i can finally browse the site

So whats the point of using this shit if i have to allow every script anyways?

inb4 i can allow the select script thats fucking the site up but then i have to spend 5 minutes finding it.

Didn't know about uMatrix. Is it gud?

It's amazing

yes, if you're willing to learn how it works.

>must of
>of
Off yourself. Brainlet normies OUT

>visit shit site
>allow all scripts because you're fucking retarded
>get malware
Top.

dear redditor, they are called normalfags, not 'normies'.

> js
> malware

I bet you run xbap applications off the Internet.

Sorry, that looks too autistic. I like one button to turn my adblock on and off.

>I'm Retarded: The Post

Too complex for you pea brain.

Just install umatrix. What am I in for?
What's the best way to optimise it?

/thread

with umatrix you can whitelist domains, for each site. usually when shit goes wrong, it's just a cdn.

I used to use noscript with requestpolicy, but switched to umatrix and ublock. Do I still need requestpolicy?

if you understood what umatrix and requestpolicy both do, you would know the answer to that

>Not using Trusteer Rapport

You guys seriously turn js completely off? Is there any website working without it?

makes us think

>why would I use NoScript
Becase I do t want to have to go through and configure every website again if I switch to umatrix.

I'll read into NoScript and stuff later. But i mean, almost every library and package for front ent dev today uses it somehow. Isnt every site broken like this?

You can enable individual scripts as necessary to not completely break websites you need.

I use Scriptweeder, don't think there's a uBlock alternative.

Ok, I get it now, you just configure every site you frequent by yourself.
Oh well, makes sense but for me it would be too much bothering.

Most of them suffer some degree of breakage, but access content for news sites and etc isnt usually an issue.

Here's mine

I stopped using noscript it just broke too many websites and I'm willing to take the risk

>Modern websites breaks when you disable javascript
color me surprised
