Still older than OP.

That's not a bug, it's a feature request.

C really sucks when it comes to refactoring. Nobody wants to touch any legacy C/C++ codebase. It's not only gtk.

Companies still pay people to maintain legacy language codebase until those modules gets rewritten in managable language

It got redone in gtk3 and it's still shit.

Patch these and install XFCE's tumblr.

>GNOME
>using the default file browser

why do you do this to yourselves?

>tumblr
no ty

The file chooser, not the file browser

>C really sucks

I couldn't agree more. C is the worst programming language in the world.

Because time passes linearly.

>t. madd java programmer

ive had thumbnail views for uploading on FF for like 3 years why do people keep bullshitting?

i only use openbox so their shit is broken af

>C tard getting insecure about Java
Can't make this shit up, no one else brought it up except for you

its a file manager

don't you have a street to shit in?

I tried this in Manjaro and it didn't work. I installed from AUR but it was the same "ahodesuka" in the description. All it did was broke my wallpaper so I can't change it anymore and it was reset to default green as well.

Patches aren't updated for the latest version of GTK+ 2.

So they cannot be used no matter what, or that they just need some minor tweaking or something?

>want to end this and look into the gtk codebase
>it's a steaming pile of C with classes
Why would gtk be C? It even has inheritance somehow represented in C, its paradigm is fully object oriented.

>it's still shit
somehow they managed to fuck it up even more.

Patch most likely needs some minor tweaking, but I haven't looked at the changes in the latest version of GTK+ so I don't know for sure.

It's actually spelled tumbler
