The GPU in this is a HP Radeon HD 6570. That's good enough to play games up to the Xbox 360's level of graphical fidelity.
I'd actually recommend you sell it for $20 on ebay and use the money you get from that and the remainder out of the $100 to buy a Radeon HD 6950 and another stick of RAM. That will let you play current games on low settings.
