When you use acronyms like UN (OOH) and such, when you have to use case declension, do you affix it to the acronym?

Like: member of the UN
члeнoм OOHи
?
Or do you simply let the acronym with nothing behind it?

How would you say "the delegation of the UN is here" for exemple?
