I have a 1440p monitor. so the cpu actually makes no fucking difference, i could run this game on my 4670k machine and it would be equal to my 1800x machine.

Indeed. If a game is coded well it should utlize the FULL resources of a GPU. Otherwise your GPU would be underperforming. A GPU bottlenexk is a GOOD thing. But idiots on Sup Forums try to pass it off as something wrong with a benchmark.
