FUCKING TRIGGERED
Who the fuck hires these talentless, disrespectful idiots?
I don't know what I expected but it wasn't this

Hilarious.
This just goes to show that lenovo has nothing but contempt for thinkpad loyalists.
More disappointed about how this guy can't even cross reference his own images against the shit he's reciting
What? There is no info on it in the article, apart from that it will (supposedly) happen.
holy shit kill yourself
Uh, perhaps my adblocker blocked the important bits? I actually block clickbait-tier sites so I had cnet disabled and only temporarily enabled it, it might've blocked some parts anyway.
No you are right
This article really is a poor recitation of David Hill's (already vague) blog post, it adds nothing to the retro ThinkPad topic
>Lenovo's thinkpad in 1992
>Lenovo's
Is this guy underage?
What it the reason of OP's autistic drivel?
Is it because of the "Lenovo Thinkpad 700C" instead of IBM?
So is it going to use the old style keyboard or not?
Nope, enjoy your chinklet with 0.1mm travel distance
>enjoy
You mean ignore? I will not even consider it at all if it does not have this
The 700C wasn't even close to the original thinkpad, too
Yeah, but it will have a shitty clickpad and will cost $4999.99
it's wrong on every level
i hope this guy gets fired
and 8/9 of a cent XD
>lenovo
>1992
Weren't you fucking autists raving over some sort of announcement for Lenovo bringing back something nostalgic from the past?
I'm sure I saw this in a couple threads a week ago.
are you blind
if it doesn't have a 16:9 display and has a good keyboard I'm all in desu
Did he literally copy the article from PCWorld 2 years ago and pasted it on Cnet?
pcworld.com
What goes to show that though? There is 0 information in the article.
Dramapost?
Keep drama posts off Sup Forums please.

You're fucking dense
Do you enjoy thoughtless shitposting on "news" websites?
it could be worse you know
at least they didn't try a half-assed throwback to the actual first Thinkpad that was balls deep in the first wave of the pen computing meme
lenovo hates thinkpad purists. they're going to come out with garbage as a slap in the face
Why should I care what gets posted on "news" sites? There is no important information presented.
but can we really blame them, most of them nowadays are just angry second-year CS undergrad hipsters trying to look brand conscious that don't even buy their hardware new anyway
if it's 4:3 i'll buy it.
why the fuck don't laptop manufacturers offer different aspect ratios? i want a business subnotebook to look at spreadsheets and documents not fucking anime
they must figure that most of us who would like a nice compact and square little brick that doesn't dominate an airplane tray or cramped desk already fell for the tablet meme
or they're just overly jewish about it and most people just decided to roll with it
I hope OP gets fired
What's going on in that picture?
yeah it was, you mongoloid, the 700C was the high end of the first generation of IBM portables to carry that name along with the 700 and 300, while the 700T existed a short while before but was rebranded after the fact
it also was indeed pretty close to IBM's original "Thinkpad", unless you're really fucking autistic enough to consider the totally unrelated PS/2 N33, L40SX or fucking Convertible to be "ThinkPad" systems by virtue of being portable and having an IBM logo on them
Sean Penn, ex wife, and daughter's bf.
I don't understand what you're talking about. There's no real info about it
nonstandard display sizes are expensive
people without autism have realized that a 16:9 screen is dual 8:9 screens if you tile, which is a pretty good size for word processing or terminals - even you say "little square"
media consumption is a major use for actual business travelers who want to watch a stored movie on a flight rather than paying the airline $10, and watch xhamster in their hotel room rather than paying the hotel $15
>the whole thing weighs only 7.6 pounds
IBM late 80s to late 90s design aesthetic > Apple design aesthetic (all eras)
>$4,350
>1992
>literally a $7,600 laptop
>"why aren't they built like this anymore", sper/g/s post from their $500 chinkboxes while whining about (((overpriced $1,299))) macbooks
i really wish chapo had chopped up that faggot and left his head at the US embassy gates
but it's not really all that bad when we take a moment to consider that these things were probably facing off with 16 pound shitheaps like pic related and their poor lanklet operators carting them around from meeting to meeting
they're both pretty good in their own ways, Apple systems were way higher end early on too
21:9 laptop now kek
Surface laptop does
>not understanding economies of scale and innovations drastically reducing manufacturing costs
what's your defect?
that's 3:2
ITT: Anons speculate a product that they have no fucking clue about.
