Hetzner is fine for long-term seeding, but you won't be winning a race unless the initial seed is another Hetzner box. Beating the Seedhost/NL majority swarm will require a bit more effort than just getting a seedbox/dedi in EU.

Feral is fine if there are a lot of feral seedboxes in the swarms you're apart of. Not so hot otherwise. Great cost/performance ratio though.
-Expensive. -Better options in EU (seedhost, seedbox.io, seedboxes.cc, ultraseedbox, etc.) -For NA, I'd probably consider an SYS before them.
