e6300 g.skill ddr2 samsung 250gb some sapphire gpu

Those graphics cards must be starving for air.
You could at least dust it out.
No aesthetic criticisms, but overclock that cpu, and consider selling your gpu to some crypto miner for much more than you paid for it.

oh man, I used that for something like 6 years. Then my computer started randomly shutting down / restarting, and I had to change it.

lol this was the board that was inside before. getting a different case though just no room for cable mgmt

mines still running but i need to take it apart and clean the thing

Forgot to post my own. I tidied up that hd audio cable after this pic was taken. Thinking about investing a little into the aesthetics btw. Any suggestions? I'm also going to upgrade my cooler so my friend can have it.

Performance > Aesthetics. Never forget.

I agree, however I already have a 6600k and a Rx 480 for my 144hz Freesync display. I could sell my card for a 1070 or used 980ti, but I'd lose my freesync. Cpu isn't worth upgrading yet besides juicing a little more OC.

Is that an EVGA motherboard?

>M4A87TD/USB3
>you replaced it with a E6300
wtf

my old gateway p4 in a tj06 silverstone. dead mobo turns on but shuts off after a minute... bad caps. abandoning and putting in a pentium ii build in it

Just saying.

Looks like an Abit board to me.

i need to clean the shit. i have 5 different computers that i forgot about, parts laying around in attic or closets. the e6300 i thought i fried the aw9d max board but just needed to clear cmos, the amd i stopped using after putting a i7 build together the p4 is a gateway and i have pentium ii parts laying around from a old gateway as well

heres the i7 6700k enzotech ectreme-x heatsink w/ 64gb ram r9 390 on a asus sabertooth tuf z170 mobo

Heh, now you reminded me that I have a shit ton of stuff too.
Here's the most mentionable stuff I have tho:

>ASUS P5QL PRO - E5200
>ECS G31T-M7 v1.0 - E5300
>Biostar MCP6P-M2 - Sempron 3600+
>ASUS K8N4-E - Sempron 2800+ (in use in another PC)
>ASUS K8N (nF3) - Sempron 2800+ (had an Athlon 64 2800+ that got fried in another board)
>Gigabyte GA-8I848P-G - Pentium 4 2.8GHz (came with a 3GHz HT but shit was fire hot)
>MSI K7N2 - Athlon XP 2500+
>QDI Advance 10F - Pentium 3 1.1GHz

i want to setup the anti minimalist battlestation with the old computers rebuilt. p4 lost priority for me but waiting on an aopen pentium ii board i have a new never used emermax eg365p that i couldnt figure out what to do with until i realized itd power a pentium ii machine. lost the old gateway psu when i threw out the case

looks ugly but works excellent, even in summer

Hey sweetie.

which cooler is that?

How much it set you back? And how'd you get it so sexy and clean?

I'd actually advise going with some VIA-based P3/ Socket 370 motherboard. You have a large choice of CPUs to choose from (I think even Mendocino 466/500 MHz CPUs work) and Tualatin support.

I honestly have one and the only thing that stopped me from using it was due to bad RAM sticks that somehow interfered with the GPU I was using (a MX440 AGP8x).

Your choice though, but I had better experiences with VIA 694X Socket 370 and Slot 1 motherboards mainly because;
>PC133 support
>1.5GB RAM maximum possible
>native USB keyboard/mouse support under DOS
>ATA100 (I think) IDE
>Universal AGP (4x speeds tho)
>Tualatin support for 370 boards

Fucking casefags get off my board
