What is the current best software to remove privacy related issues with windows 10?

Don't run it on the metal of your own machine. Run it in a vm in linux and you can keep it offline. You can even export the vm as a backup. Better than a disc image. Also you'll find yourself using linux for more and more which is a plus.
If you huff and puff at the idea of learning another os to handle the security issues of windows then what are you doing in on a tech board? Go to stack exchange or something. If you are worried about the neet status of linux then what are you doing on a weeb message board?

Get an enterprise key and just disable all the telemetry shit.
Then use Wireshark to check which are slipping through.
But be aware that fully disabling anything that calls back to Microsoft will eventually make the Store non-functional as well as Windows Defender. You are basically closing down any communication, including the update service, with Microsoft.
If you use any programs which have live feed, like weather or news apps, this will also block any updates.
Personally I only update manually, when I feel like.

You can't 100% disable everything.
Use shutup10 with recommended settings. Then run Spybot Antibeacon and click inmunize. That's it, you have now shut off a lot of the bullshit.

Jesus, can we even get *one* credible account and proof of concept that Win10 cannot effectively be "uncucked"? Everybody that tried to do it had flawed setups and/or simply didn't know what they were doing.
