Up-time thread

post em'

Update your OS user.

>killing your battery by keeping the machine plugged in and turned on all the fucking time
Just get a fucking desktop, uptime is nothing to be proud of on a laptop, but maximum uptime before battery death is.

I installed a botnet reduced enterprise copy so I don't have to.

I have a desktop. 95% of that uptime is sleep.

...

k

Enterprise copy isn't immune to vulnerabilities user.

You should never have a wangblows box with more than 30 days uptime

B-but malware bytes?

Did OC yours to 5ghz?
The highest I could hit was 5.2ghz, and the highest I could hold safely was 5.1ghz.

> UpTime 1797 sec (0 days, 0 hours, 29 min, 57 sec)
I just came from work :3

Regarding that one BSoD. I unplugged the mouse from USB and for some reason it gave me a BSoD.. >JustWindowsThings

I'm about 5-10 degrees nearing the TJmax of the chip on my Noctua NH-D15. Might get a delidding kit desu

shutting down ur computer is helpful for the environment!

Jesus fuck user, my midtier Corsair h80i V2 keeps my cpu under 70 at 5.1. Also why do you even need an over clock on a 7700k m8.

>justgirlythings

are you a woman who understands tech?

What is to be understood that is so difficult?

>mfw this advice isn't even a meme

namefag trannies dont count
you should filter him away, he is a winfag and posts only pure shit

uwu

You faggot.

$ apt search downtime
p downtimed - monitor of downtime, shutdown, and crashes
Who knew?

no bullying aloud

we have to do it quietly?

baka

...

...

install some updates, dude

...

Cause why the fuck not? Why do you need to overclock yours?

I win

Keeping a battery at peak charge won't damage it, in fact it's the best thing you can do to it. Not using it and letting it drain completely will.

I don't you fucking cunt. I oc'd to test it's limits. Stock speed is more than enough for shit posting and gayming. It sounds like you're actually damaging your chip if it's hitting 90°

hehe
[user@work ~]$ ssh [email protected]
