meme aside, for some reason Chromium and Chrome are running kinda slow. They render fast but incomplete. Suddenly using Firefox is ok. Maybe is the way the programs are build in my distro. I am using Lubuntu 16.04

tfw i moved from chrome because muh botnet but actually found out that firefox's ui flips the fuck out if you have it open for over a day, occasionally fucks with downloading files and uses so much more ram and bogs down my machine than chrome ever did.

Just use ungoogled chromium. Tried it out after getting frustrated with Chrome for the same reasons you did - it loads much faster and things aren't laggy as shit anymore. Considerably less memory useage.

I'm no Chrome fan but that is factually incorrect. It eats a lot of ram, but it's the fastest and least lagging browser out there.

I would do a clean install if you haven't tried that. (remove everything including profile folders).

720p60 youtube videos lags with Chrome but works flawlessly on Firefox on my potato, so..

I'm probably making myself look like a fool here, but if I'm not mistaken thats because https everywhere checks every URL that you load against a list of URLs that have https enabled, and further, I think that list may not even be stored locally. But like I said I'm not sure.
But anyways, I've found that I get a smoother experience using an addon called Smart Https. It tries to form a secure connection by default, with every site that you load, and if that fails it'll switch back to plain http. I admit it slowed down my browsing a bit at first, but tweaking "If loading takes longer than x ms" setting according to my usual connection speed/ping, it's hard to even notice that I'm using an addon like that.

Try Vivaldi. It has less RAM memory usage and also supports extensions the same way Chrome handles it.

Vivaldi has a lot of nice things but it's really slow at loading images.
The Sup Forums catalog and flickr for instance take ages and the youtube player looks small on it.
