I got some the other week. They do sound good but I certainly wouldn't consider them "monitors", they're just a good pair of in-ear headphones. The strain relief at the jack doesn't seem terribly well thought out I can see it being a failure point if you frequently walk around with your music player/phone in your pocket while listening to music for long periods. Honestly though I don't think there's any "best" way to do a headphone plug, back in highschool when I listened to an MP3 player for 6+ hours a day I would usually lose a pair of headphones about every 6 months or so when the wire would break internally at or near the plug.
Well, so it would not probably last longer with me too. I usually carry my headphones with me on my way to college/work. Any other recommendations? I'm searching for headphone with a decent bass that last sometime at least

It was apparently sent to Invercargill, not Hamilton, where I live. Now I cannot confirm as of yet if the parcel actually was sent, so I will be calling NZ Post again this afternoon to see if they have found it.
NZ Post did tell me these things can occur due to scanning issues on the depot line.

We have an update, and it's not good news for the seller (or me really).
Was on the phone to NZ Post, the Aliex seller used A REGISTERED POST TRACKING NUMBER on my item meaning it could only be signed by such person. It was sent to Invercargill, meaning there's no way I could receive it, so this seller is a dirty fraud.
I will be getting my money back, and will have a second crack at buying that keyboard from another seller. If I can make this fucker squirm (i'm ready to go), there may still be a chance to coax a keyboard out of him/her.
