I was driving to my college class when I guy cut me off and braked. I couldn't brake all the way in time so I managed to hit the rear of his truck. He tried to get away but he went into a road with dead end. He then got off his truck. Said it was ok and got back on his truck. I told him look at my fucking car. He then gave me number. I quickly called it. He then sped away before I could ask for more info. I called him again after I got out of class. No tucking I was gonna miss clsss because of some dumbass. He gave me a fake policing number and won't respond to my texts. How can I find out where he lives by jus fusing his number?

If he sped away then you can put the blame on him. Since you did non of that there is nothing you can do.
