So, SJWFox is secretly tracking its users with Google Analitics, so much for a browser that "respect your privacy", fucking KeK, not only that, they refuse to remove the tracking, lol.

install Chromium and be done with it.
Firefox is dead.
I just checked, and it's true. But Chrome/Chromium ships google botnet as a feature, so the customizability of of Firefox still wins. For example, you can disable websockets - impossible to do on Chrome.
Why do people even bother with ff when it's literally the worst at everything?
Opera, Chromium, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, and Safari are literally the only choices.
But you're wrong. Firefox is in fact the only choice.
See: github.com
People are voicing their concern, and even Gorhill is commenting. None of those browsers allow you to contribute in such way, save for Chromium, but that's a Google product anyway, so you couldn't voice anything if you wanted to.
kek I made a thread about this weeks ago but no one cared
>Firefox is in fact the only choice
Your starndars are pretty low, user.
How is this a secret? Been blocking this with uMatrix for ages.
I think the big news here is that WebExtensions won't have this ability, thus we WILL be tracked in Firefox 57 and later unless appropriate APIs are ready by then.
*ungoogled Chromium
Please check your URL for errors
>ungoogled
This is what they want you to believe.
>current year
>not using Vivaldi
Here's the "freedom" and "community" you get for using Fuckzilla products.
Yeah, you're to use it and be tracked, but you have no say if you go against their "amazing ideas" or politics.
...
but what exactly it tracks
There is no such thing.
Use TOR and get a VPN if you want to post here without getting botnetted in the captcha (yes, some VPN still works).
>he doesn't use noscript
HAHAHA
EXTENSIONS DON'T WORK ON INTERNAL PAGES SUCH AS THE SUBJECT WE ARE DISCUSSING HERE, COCKSUCKER
LAUGH. LAUGH LIKE THE RETARD YOU ARE WHILE ALSO BEING TRACKED, IGNORANT SCUM
>extensions don't work on internal pages
>go to addons manager
>noscript is active
>is blocking google-analytics

Calm the fuck down, Jesus.
Webext add-ons in particular, guys. Like the ones we're going to have to use once XUL kicks the bucket. Those are the ones which aren't working as per Gorhill and others' tests.
Oh look, some reactionist Twitfuck is wrong. What a surprise.
Look, kid: go install NoScript. Go to the addons page. Click noscript icon and GAZE IN AMAZEMENT AT HOW GOOGLE-ANALYTICS IS BLOCKABLE/BLOCKED.
Wow, dumb fucking kids.
>BUTBUTBUT IT JUST SAYS ITS BLOCKED
Try blocking Mozilla and trying to do anything. Oops.
Check and mate.
>WAAA BITCH MOAN COMPLAIN WAAAAAA
>"hey guys it's fine, you're overreacting"
>NUH UH BAAAWWWWWW YOU'RE WRONG
>"here's proof"
>*silence*
Sup Forums in a fucking nutshell.
You are fucking retarded.
The thing that is loading is an actual web page.
discovery.addons.mozilla.org
And ublock origin does block the analytics script.
This isn't the problem. The problem is in the fact that they didn't warned people about that. It's a trust issus. It's even illegal in europe to have stuff like that.
Palemoon doesn't have this problem.
Before going full shill on another browser i'm gonna wait to see what is the final answer to the problem.
I gave up using uBlock0 etc completely
I just just hosts file because of shit like this.
They already said that they won't remove it
What is wrong with links?
How difficult would it be to port suckless surf to a framebuffer
